My advice (based on personal experience) is to wait the 21 days to remain in honour. Once you have completed your three step notice with affidavit, if they are written competently, you will have a private agreement with them that you can hold your position with in court. Meanwhile study court procedures and scripts for court to prepare yourself just in case they attempt to take it there. Also scripts for debt collectors. Here is somewhere to start, add watching the webinars you need to this and you will increase your ability to deal with what they are doing.
