On the section about Birth certificates it gives examples of the way it can be written and what it means.

In 1965 was born biologically male (a man without a womb) and adopted by a different family, my original birth certificate says my sex is male, yet in 2008 and after transitioning by 2011 I was able to legally change my birth sex and name on my new birth certificate and passport as female. I was awarded a gender recognition certificate on completion of a two year test prior to being entitled to apply for a new birth certificate etc.

    Question:

Which birth certificate is valid now and how do I sign any legal documents etc? 🤔

    I live in the UK.

You could simply ring the Births deaths and Marriages and ask them, they will tell you which forms are acceptable or they will refer you to some one who can help.
