Cannot advance beyond lesson 1
Hi. I started the Foundational Course Group and finished lesson 1 of 13 (i.e., Introduction with Founder) (https://solutionsempowerment.org/courses/foundational-knowledge/lessons/interview-with-founder/). I pressed the “Mark Complete” button, at the bottom of the web page, which advanced me to lesson 2 of 13 (i.e., Foundational Course ‘Group’) (https://solutionsempowerment.org/courses/foundational-knowledge/lessons/foundational-course-group/). Unfortunately this new web page displays the following: “Please go back and complete the previous lesson”. I press the Back button, on that web page, taking me back to lesson 1 of 13. Then press “Mark Complete” again, but the loop continues.
Any ideas what is going on or if I am doing something wrong? I am using the Safari web browser running on macOS. I am raising the question here before sending a message to the site tech support.

EDIT:
The problem resolved itself. Either going to the “Foundational Knowledge (Course Group)” web page (https://solutionsempowerment.org/community/groups/foundational-knowledge-course/forum/foundational-knowledge-comprehending-the-basics/) or posting the above message triggered the following to appear on the “Foundational Course ‘Group'” lesson page (https://solutionsempowerment.org/courses/foundational-knowledge/lessons/foundational-course-group/):
“You have been granted access to the private group for this course. We strongly encourage you to discuss all the foundational concepts on that group with each other.”
I can advance to lesson 3 now. Thanks.

I had a similar issue using Safari as my browser. I switched over to Chrome and it is working well now. So maybe switching browsers in the future.

Hi, I’m having this same issue, however with lesson 4 currently. I had the issue last night with lesson 3, stopped, restarted computer this morning and it worked, but am now stuck on lesson 4. Have tried multiple attempts, including trying different browsers, restarting computer, and closing/re-opening windows. Any help would be appreciated.
Also having issues searching in the resources tab for content. Just continues freezing/loading.

Hi everyone, I’m also experiencing the same original issue (unable to access beyond Lesson 1). I’ve since tried with Chrome and Edge but with no success. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Ben,
My has since started working. I didn’t do anything special, or try anything different to what I had already. Next day, it was fine.
I’m not sure what the issue is, and although frustrating, patience over a day or 2 may be enough.
