How to get started

  • Posted by bhavna on June 25, 2025 at 1:58 pm

    Hi,

I wondered if there was a checklist type document that creates a transitional progress through the different workshops/steps.

e.g., I run a pty ltd company, I’ve gone through the Directors ID non consent process, I’ve applied the drivers licence all rights reserved signatory (though I think they’ve chopped off a bit – will review and reapply if necessary), now working on AEC fine response.

It would be wonderful if there was a progressive way for me to move through, so that there’s less complication when applying the rules of equity to meatier “activities” or “issues”.
I know I need to get my birth registration copy from the UK (still working out how to do this, short of flying back to London).

    Thank you 🙂

Hi Bhavna, it’s just a cumulative process of starting to watch webinars and buy modules that will help you do what the webinar is talking about. It sounds like you have already started, but as Mark says just begin with challenging small things first such as a parking fine so that you start to learn how the system works and how to apply the remedies. If you have something that is pressing then you could go to a Q and A and ask Mark about it there or you can pay for a consultation with Mark ($200). If you want to know how to pay for a consultation and book a time, PM me and I will share that with you. The next Q and A is next month so alternatively you can keep learning through the webinars until then…https://solutionsempowerment.org/event/general-qa-july-9/

Here’s some information about alternatives to the source document.

Thanks Morag, that document is actually really helpful.

I’ve bought a few modules and accompanying docs, so I’ll work through them.

I’ll PM you re consult with Mark in a few weeks and start attending the Q&As in the meantime.

      🙏

Curious about which State and branch office you were able to successfully get ARR on licence?
    Cheers

      Hi Simon,
      Sunshine Coast, Qld.
They were a little challenging…supervisor/manager did not want me to take a photo of the ‘receipt’ that I had to sign to say the details were correct – aka an agreement.
They were all well trained to refuse anything my way, i.e., processing my paper application. But I signed the digital pad with the full ARR – I think they have chopped a bit off, need to confirm. If they have I might have lost my card 🙁

        Thanks!
I’m sure that Sunny Coast QLD has many people attempting this! So they are no doubt well trained.
I’d like to figure out where the best (least trained) transport office is and go there.

I reckon it’s best to send by email or post.

I went into the office and asked for the paper form and they printed it out and gave it to me, just wouldn’t process it in person and then they kept the paper form!
In hindsight, I should’ve just taken a photo of the documents as they were giving them to me to sign instead of requesting a copy. Including a photo of my ARR signature to verify it’s accuracy on receipt of the card.

Let me know if you come across an incompetently staffed office 🙂

Hi There, I went to the Bundaberg Transport Office and apart from the computer not accepting my new autograph three times (and then the staff member restarted her computer and then it accepted it on the fourth time) it all went smoothly, no challenges.

That’s brilliant! Little high fives to us all 🙂

Did they have you complete everything electronically?
