I have used Bill Turners letters/notices in Ireland, UK and Australia which have worked to date. You just need to replace the NZ legislation that Bill uses for each scenario with the aussie legislation in your case. I use AI (Microsoft CoPilot) to help find legislation but make sure and always double check before using it as it can give incorrect info depending on the AI you use. Agents will test you and continue sending correspondence but if you stand your ground and maintain your position they will go away after a few letters.

Hi ive no idea about this “AI (Microsoft CoPilot)” you say you use. I had a quick search & they say its part of 365. I dont use 365, I’ve always had a bad witness about using it. Whats it actually used for and would you have any idea of an alternative. Thankyou

Thankyou for that, I’ve read alot of comments saying Bill Turners letters don’t work so it is great to hear that someone has used them. Perhaps the reason they believe so is because the agents as you say Keep the pressure on, therefore they believe that his letters haven’t worked. May I ask how you done your process? Has been advised before I became a member here to use the BOE 3 times & then Promissory note 📝 also have you learnt anything on incorporated/ unincorporated ( Taking one’s name back?)

go to https://executors.kiwi/ and join as member, all Bills letters and relevant videos are in there for use. keep it simple, dont make any claims, just ask questions, dont argue, agree or go silent (everything is contract law). Bill keeps things very simple.

My personal opinion on the name is that we dont need to take anything back. The name they create is theirs, the birth cert is theirs, the PPS number is theirs so I wouldnt bother dabbling in that. Kurt Kallenbach has a very interesting spin on things which has worked ‘to date’ in Ireland for a major case. He brings things back to Our Origin from fertilisation. Knowledge is the key.
