Remove yourself from the AEC

Hi All with the upcoming parasite parade of our newly sElected PM in a month or so I’d like to share to members how to remove yourself from voting if you don’t want to waste your time with this in future .

I’ve found that AEC have their Business name on their envelopes sent out which makes it easier to know who you are dealing with before you open the envelope .

The last local election held in ACT where I live I didn’t vote as I was interstate at the time so weeks later received my AEC invoice for not voting . I used the SE trick and opened the envelope after steaming it open with the kettle boiling so I could see what the letter was which was a fine for not voting . I resealed the envelope back to ensure it looked unopened and blacked out the envelope window that showed my name / address details and removed the possibility of the post man delivering it to my address again and ensuring it gets redirected back to the sender . In RED PEN write on the face of the envelope

    Return to Sender

    Deceased estate

    No contract no consent

    cease and desist .

The AEC will then send a second letter so again follow the step 1 process and return to sender again with the instruction above ( you don’t need to open the envelope as it’s only going to be a reminder to pay) Once this process has happened 3 times you will receive another notification but in the way of the AEC notifying you that you have been removed from the Electoral Roll and you will need to apply if you wish to take part in further elections .

It’s that easy folks ! No need for writing letter to the AEC and wasting time and money or buying registered envelopes just use the ones that they sent you as a waiter bury their fraudulent contract and would work with many other things as I’ve also discovered with other GovCorp invoices.

That is excellent! Thanks mate! I have a fine expected in the mail also for the recent WA elections, which I did not vote in because I was interstate. I will be applying this method when the penalty arrives. Thank you once again

Your most welcome Adam, I can almost guarantee the letter for you to open from them will be an invoice (new contract ), it should work like a charm if you follow the 3 RTS process and also saves any nonsense of an unpaid/ dishonored account on any ledgers or a false claim for money owing.

Excellent post! Thanks for taking the time to write this up.
I recently listened to one of the webinars and wrote them a letter to take me off. I filled in an objection claim that an elector should not be enrolled form. I used the reason that the commonwealth of australia constitution act 1990 under s116 – no law can prohibit the free excuses of any religion and my faith precludes from participating in secular activities such as voting.

I only listed an email address for them to let me know that they have taken me off.

See what happens, but otherwise I wont vote and follow your steps if i ever recieve a notice or fine. But i house sit so its unlikely they will know where to send it atm….lol

I also closed down my mygov account…..super easy to cancel online.

Now I’m closing down my USI. One at a time and I will get there. 🙂

Oh…..when you sign in, It’s something super easy and obvious like settings, account, delete.

Sorry, I cant quite remember. I was shocked that it was just a few clicks and done.

I wrote to them and said I have left Australia. You can print their form, fill it out and send it to them

COPPIED FROM ANOTHER GROUP – Start undoing your digital identity you have created without even knowing you had created it.

Unlink your ATO, Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support, NDIS and any other government service you have linked to your myGov. Then close your myGov. This is the data that Digital Identity agency will be using. You remember the agency that we all gave our feedback to when they were already at stage 3

Services Australia will go through a name change sometime to become ‘Government Services’ and will be running the show.

If you have voice identified with Centrelink or any other government department (voice biometrics) call the department and ask them to delete your voice identity. This is already being used in ways the public would be astounded. It’s not for your ease to log in over the phone.

Services Australia feasts on how many digital myGov accounts are activated. They report on this daily.

The covid payments were the way they made Australians become digital in order to claims payments. They paid out just over $14b in covid payments alone. No one even asks where did Australia get this money from. Opposition didn’t even question it.

You remember the AIR Immunisation forms we all signed to not share our immunisation status. In one day they received just under 200,000 forms.

Your unlinking of services will make an impact if enough people do it.

If you are wondering how to continue doing business with these services, call them, go into their office. Go back to old school, the way it used to be. They have made it too easy for us to be lazy and give our digital identity over.

    Start making a difference.

I had my name removed a few years ago (before Albo happened) by simply filling out this online form. Super easy.

I didn’t hear from them because I supplied no contact details. Two weeks later I check for my NAME and it was gone. I checked again a week ago to the same effect.

The best thing about this method is you don’t have to commit fraud thanks to the Acts Interpretations Act’s definition of Australia.

Which parts of it did you fill out and which did you leave blank?

I filled out every part except for the contact information.

Can you please share the Act you are referring to re definition of ‘Australia’?

I assume by ‘leaving Australia’ you are leaving the corporation

Definition of Australia as per Acts Interpretation Act 1901:
“Australia means the Commonwealth of Australia and, when used in a geographical sense, includes Norfolk Island, the Territory of Christmas Island and the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands, but does not include any other external Territory.”

Are you able to explain how this definition allows you to tick ‘Leaving Australia’ on AEC enrolments, while technically staying on the landmass known as Australia? As it seems they have also referred to Australia in a geographical sense.

Yes i found it surprisingly easy, I removed my self from the electoral role in NZ , when the papers came around looking for people to update their information, i filled in part of it , then wrote “kindly remove me from the electoral role” . have not heard a peep from them or the local council elections.

Hi, I’ve had and open both an ‘alleged failure to vote’ and a fine issued.

I didn’t think to use the steam method at the time, but what are suggestions for next steps?

I’m going through Module 19 – Dealing with infringements, fine etc, but I’m curious if the templates are more appropriate for driving infringements than for use with AEC or Queensland equivalent.

    Direction would be much appreciated.

All future mail will be responded to as you first suggested – this is great and I need to use it more/better.

Hi, I just had a phone conversation with a lady from the AEC in WA from the second returned envelope with no contract etc. information.

She was confused and asking for a death certificate.

I told her that I was the primary beneficiary for the entity and that I wasn’t dead but the entity is and asked if she had one for the entity.

Long story short she said that she will escalate it.

Any recommendations? Well pending AEC response

    Thanks

    Hi!

I’ve followed the envelope mark-up process with the SPER notice of the fine for “not voting”, and I had a call from them (No CallerID), I picked up the call with “Hello this is Bhavna”, but did not confirm when asked if she was speaking with “Bhavna xxxx”.

It caught me off guard, she said that a letter that had been sent to me had been returned, and asked if I’d had received a letter from SPER, I replied ‘not that I am aware’, which is when she asked if i was my FULL NAME (my reply as above). I asked to take her name, number and where she was calling from so that I could be sure I could be sure I was speaking to said department.

What would be the best way to handle this?
Other than not answering no caller ID calls.
I suspect they will continue to call or send me emails, which is what AEC did in response to my initial written completion of my “suspected of note voting” notice.

(I’m guessing the full notice process, but I no longer have a fine in paper to mark up and send back.)

    Thanks in advance 🙏

BTW I am not seeing any new posts on the community page and i only found your comment by checking in the private forums. So if you wish others to see your posts it might be best to Pm them as it looks like the algorithms on here are filtering what people see on the community page now.

Hi all , I’ve just followed this process to remove myself from the AEC by sending it back 3 times. Don’t answer no caller ID numbers if your not comfortable if you do answer just politely tell them I don’t conduct business over the phone and all offers need to be sent via Australia Post .
