SPER Enforcement Order, HELP PLEASE !!!
I have a SPER enforcement order , I only have 4 hours to respond before the date on the form.
Originally before I knew of SE , I responded to the order with a tick the box to have my matter heard in court and sent it to sper via registered post. they received it on the 29/12/22.
Spers response was Unfortunately the enforcement order slip has not been signed and dated by the person named in the infringement notice.
Spers response was dated and sent on the 4 Jan 2023,”Please return the attached Order slip with a signature and date prior to the 18th of Jan 2023 if you still wish to have this matter heard in a magistrates court .”
(problem, I am working away and only just received this information from my wife via text.)
Please what do I do??

It depends if you still want the matter heard in court, if not then you need to start a three step process, if you are not experienced enough for that then just complete the form and then start learning on this forum how to address the court when you get there to stay out of contract. You can sign it with an ‘All rights reserved signature’ to keep yourself in a better position. I can give you more info about the courts later. Just keep watching the webinars and buying the appropriate modules.
