Hi Bhavna, it’s just a cumulative process of starting to watch webinars and buy modules that will help you do what the webinar is talking about. It sounds like you have already started, but as Mark says just begin with challenging small things first such as a parking fine so that you start to learn how the system works and how to apply the remedies.
