Hi everyone, i am trying to help a guy who has had to go to court , for a fine for school, for his child , supposedly not attending school regularly, the legislation says …”<b style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>section seven [7] of the Education Act 1996″, …’States it should be the duty of the parent of every child of school age to cause him to receive efficient full-time education, suitable to his age ability and aptitude, and to any special educational needs you may have, , <b style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>either <b style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>by regular attendance at school or OTHERWISE, but the school and the council made him have a fine and because he did not pay it because even the legislation says “OR OTHERWISE”, it went to court, which he lost because it is all corrupt and now he has quite a big fine. So i am trying to help him with paying it by a BOE, i wonder if anyone would care to help , if i complete it all, is there anyone who could look it over for me? There are two points i am not quite clear about, and that is the acknowledging of several parties with in his ‘Notice of fine and collection order’, (now is that a court order? It does not seem so to me, all the courts in the UK are completely corrupt) and the other is about the default and liability clause and some of the terms within Mark’s <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>default and liability clause,<b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color); background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color);”> i do not quite understand. Anyway i would be very grateful for any help offered. Thank you

Hi Daisy, please for your own sake ensure that he has joined this forum and is doing his own study and research on here. We can end up doing so much work for others and if they don’t properly comprehend what we are doing they can unwittingly sabotage the process. It would also be a good test as to whether he will do his fair share and whether he is serious about this journey as it is not just one process it is a whole new way of life.
