We are seen to be breaching a contract when we are taken to court for traffic matters or anything else in court. Most people don’t realise that this is what is happening so they do not know how to deal with it in the appropriate manner, however.. once we do understand what is happening, we can also use these principles to hold the adversary to account when they default on an agreement we have made with THEM…. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOyzLVUIU2w

So true Morag , I’ve got my speeding camera fine on the back foot now by asking the govcorp agent sending me the fine “Is it a criminal or a civil matter ?” They come back and stated “It’s a criminal matter” which now puts us in the position of asking “who is claiming to be the Victim “? . This is where it goes down hill for the govcorp agent as they can’t act as the injured party so it’s a matter of holding your position until they have no where to go and withdraw the fine or they act as a false Victim or witness and liable to be sued for malfeasance in public office . It’s amazing how this works when you know how they operate and ask the right questions which exposes their fraud .

Yes, it takes a while and lots of study and application to get one’s head around it, and then what really seals the deal is applying it and experiencing some success. That takes the understanding to a much deeper level. That can be built upon to take one to a much higher level of competence and comprehension. It’s a peak to peak experience.

thank you Morag for always contributing. i feel so overwhelmed because i feel the same it takes so much study and application to learn. working full time for myself, time for kids and then i feel my brain is not taking things in so i’m not sure where to start. i watched the clip but over my head. i feel i understand but i’m not confident to hold position and have the language. That’s a great document morag , do I have your permission to share this with others ? It’s got a great easy example on how things work which I think would benefit those beginning to get their head around how the system works ?

Absolutely!!! Perhaps just specify if they want to make any claims as per this document, to always put any claims or assertions they have read about or heard claims in the form of a question (for the ones who don’t already know this)
