Cancel USI

I rang to cancel my USI (Unique Student Identifier), initially they said “I cant cancel it, I have it for life and if i dont want to use it, it is fine to just sit there”
So i asked for a postal address, so i could send them a letter. She said “why” I said, “too cancel my USI”. She got her supervisor after she identified me.
The supervisor said “We can cancel your USI for you. But these are the conditions”

    Consequences of revoking a USI:

    1. You will not be able to reinstate your USI after it has been revoked.
    2. You will not be able to obtain an authenticated Vocational Education and Training (VET) transcript (or an extract) of your training.
    3. If you choose to get a USI in the future, it will be a new USI, and your authenticated VET transcript may not include your past training.
    4. If you choose to undertake VET training in the future you will need to create a new USI, or apply for an Exemption.

We recommend you create and download your authenticated VET transcript now. For further information, refer to our VET transcripts – information for students | Unique Student Identifier (usi.gov.au) web page.

If you would like to revoke your USI, please forward this email to our policy team at PolicyDataCompliance@usi.gov.au and confirm in writing you understand the consequence of revoking your USI.

If we do not hear from you within 10 business days, we will not take any further action and we will not revoke your USI.

This would include not being able to complete any trainings for jobs like First aid or CPR. I wonder what they mean by applying for an exemption???

https://www.usi.gov.au/exemptions. – Detailed list here. It seems easy enough if you still need a CPR certificate etc.

Why did you want to cancel it?

If you can go without government in your life, why not.
I’m working on how to live without them

How would you interact and contract when you need hospital treatment, or a benefit or education. Do you think it might be possible to just learn how to use your transmitting utility (birth certificate name, student id) as your agent in commerce when you need it for hospital, education etc and if any entity such as education providers, govt, councils etc are trying to force their legislation/rules or offers of business on to you without your consent to give a conditional acceptance as a living wo/man (evidenced by an unrebutted affidavit, or by them agreeing you are a wo/man as your second witness), requiring them to prove their authority over you?

Sure, living without government is one of my goals too. I’ve learnt a great deal about how to do that recently. If you are going to revoke anything, the first thing to do is to learn how to revoke the government’s power of attorney over you and how you gave it to them in the first place (enrolling to vote etc). Then learn how to take control of your PERSON and make the government the Trustee (revoke your citizenship/residency). Then it’s just a matter of learning how to contract with them to your favour.

Once you’ve learnt about those three concepts you may find your USI quite useful. My suggestion is to keep the USI and learn about power of attorney, naturalisation, and private-member societies (private nations).

Thank you both for you input. I appreciate that!

The first thing i need to get a handle on is how to not pay tax…as i need to complete it before May for last financial year. 🙂
If you have any tips on that i would love it!
