I originally used the Affidavit that outlines all the laws from LIP (Live in Private) and sent it with all Invoices printed, I had $5,500 in SPER fines, Creditcorp for a CBA credit card $6,100, Panthera finance $2500, Alinta Energy where areshats $3000 (took 3 months to negotiate with them) and there was more.., All had hand written express trust contracts on them, which I claim under my Estate by putting 5cent or $1 stamps, striking them out, thumb print, autographed and date them – TOP RIGHT CORNER, & a cover letter simply instructing Attorney general to settle all debts on behalf of the beneficiary and you Include a power of attorney/Executor letter, so you can call them afterwards to confirm they have settled the amount (as they suppress it obviously), also request confirmation of settlement for your records. It doesnt come but worth having it there and I remain optimistic they will get onboard in time, once we educate them on their duties and responsibilities. I simply allocate all Heads of departments as my Trustees and then Instruct them..
I settled the same fines 3 times to Treasury, Cameron Dick, Amy Rosanowski, by sending 3 copies at once! SPER didnt remove the fines!! They escolated, and I knew the Attorney General Yvette D’Ath was also the violence minister and if she didnt honor settlement, its financial abuse and I can sue them both, so I tried this way and its worked but they didnt notify me of another matter, so I am seeking restitution because Im not responsible for procedural errors and this causes harm, loss and damage to us!
Fiduciary Notices are amazing as they educate them on there job roles as I now believe there staff either dont know or are under NDA (non disclosure agreements) so they cant talk about it!
