Creditor’s Statutory Demand against Councils
Has anyone had success with a Creditor’s Statutory Demand against Councils? As in, getting a cheque from them or winding them up?
And if not, are there any other methods that have worked in recovering debt from a Council?
If you could show photos/examples, that would be appreciated.

You will be very unlikely to get any money from them but you may be able to wind them up if you are a registered business as Equifax will only handle approaches from registered businesses. Our whole approach is to get them to leave us in peace and if they won’t then we will have a paer trail to hold our position with in court.
