I’m going there today as well. This was definitely a sign. It was wierd because I was saying I better get in there and change my signature with all rights reserved asap. Then this week, I legitimately lost my license. Wasn’t anywhere to be found. Time has come, the universe took over.

Please kindly remind me and the others though? How may signing like this, protect us in future?

I signed:mine with all rights reserved but it made no difference in court or to the cops when they pulled me over. I followed the narrative but they still just ignored it

Did you have a 3 step notice with affidavit in place before you went to court and did you buy modules to help you with that process? Did you only ask questions when the police stopped you? Did you use a court script in court and only ask questions? What exactly happened in the police stop and in court. Did you record the interactions?

Yes definitely, it was a sign. Pun intended. Just remember what Mark says ” If they say you can’t sign like that, say that is how I sign. What gives you the right to say how I sign my name” Show proof that is how you sign. This could be credit cards ect. I didn’t have to but be prepared. Ask for the supervisor if they object. HOLD YOUR POSITION as Mark says.

I did mine today but should have swung past here first..

I didnt write my title case under my signature..

that’s going to be a big problem isn’t it ?

I can re do it in a few weeks once the cards arrive to square it up otherwise I’ll just leave it if it isn’t going to cause a drama.

Mark has said to another member that that would be adequate, you could always change it when you update it next. If that is not how you write your signature though then you could also just go in and change it. I had to change what I had done but I had to pay the fees again which I was happy to do to just get it done as it was my mistake.

my license is also signed with All Rights Reserved.

However, NSW won’t let you. because they said you can only sign with words the same as your name.

Did you ask them for evidence of the law or act that states how you must sign your own name ?

I did mine yesterday in Bundaberg Qld. The signature machine actually crashed 3 times before it was accepted. I put my autograph : 1st name- 2nd :family name then All rights reserved underneath touching autograph.

Told them I signed with new signature months ago at police station as we are in remote area and when I recieved licence in mail still had old signature.

The girl didn’t ask for fee so I didn’t offer ,must have got a good 1 and luck on my side🍀 .She said it will definitely come out as i wrote it.
