Examination Notice Revenue NSW
Hi all
Have just received this in the mail .Had fines in NSW a while back(2x minor speeding by camera car 4 oclock in the morning in back street in my car and 1 in work truck -1st ever which i disputed) and tried fighting them .I did the KYR -Aussie Speeding Fines 3 step process to CEO Scott Johnson by registered post with Notice of Default signed by JP and that was it. After about 6 months or more i got a letter from Rev nsw stating i could no longer do business with them or service NSW or transport NSW haha.
I didnt really care because I had changed my license and rego over to Qld anyway and have been here for a couple years now and renewed licence just recently with ARR with no problems.
Have not seen this examination notice before and anyway they had ceased all ” business” dealings with my person.They are also asking to provide details about financial circumstance which are definately not getting.
So was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or comments on how exactly to proceed with this one it would be greatly appreciated.Is this a fishing trip, should i just ignore it as they have no jurisdiction over me from another state ? I do find writing letters and computers pretty daunting at times and get muddled in my head.Just want the quickest way out really.
I added a photo of notice (hopefully).If it doesnt work ill give it another shot

You could also refer them to your agreement with them using the registered post number as a reference or refer them to their last letter to you. There are many things you could have a go at.

Thanks for that was thinking along lines the conditional acceptance I realise it’s just another offer at the end of the day. Do you know how the other wo/man got on with that ?
I’m also going to include fee schedule as well .

That’s my pleasure. People have varying success depending on many factors. The factors we can control are making sure we know how to competently hold our position and making sure we keep evidence of everything along the way eg any email offers, recording phone calls and using registered post along with a certificate of mailing. Also learning how to hold our position in ocurt just incase we are hauled in there. There are webinars and modules that teach how to do all of the above. I think the path you have decided to embark on is sound.

I sent 3 BoEs in total using templates from lipforms.com website. I received this same notice, did not complete it and sent one of the 3 BoEs to rebut it. It has been 3 months now since the 3rd BoE with no response from them.
You just need to continue rebutting their offers to contract.

Cheers mate yeah I have gone with the earlier suggestion from Morag and written across the presentment No Consent – No Obligation etc. I was going to conditionally except but I thought why not screw them around 1st see if this works and waste their time like they do to us all the time.If they continue then I’ll send CE and fee schedules or BOE . Am familiar with LIP site and follow on telegram
