    Good afternoon everyone. I did my tax via the SE method this last financial year and received all my tax back from my wages/salary. I did an affidavits and did not put any compensated benefits for productivity of labour/sustenance of living, other than the $100 for use of bank account, that I received under my ABN as I am a sole trader as well as use a TFN for my wages/salary. I have now received a letter stating that although I no longer need to pay PAYG instalments, I need to lodge a BAS or instalment notice that haven’t been lodge or paid by their due date.

    I am wondering what I should do. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
