Hi, does anyone know if I can sue the lawyer and solicitor who extracted half of my inheritance during a will probate? I protested the whole way through, that I do not consent to these third parties sticking their noses in,& charging crazy fees for no work on their part. I own nothing except a car. Am renting, have 2 kids,no job,and my inheritance money is quickly running out. Bit stressed. I’ve only done some paperwork, from different commonlaw arenas. And wasn’t fully sovereign/operating in the private, when my mum died suddenly. She tried to protect her assets from her goldigger defacto. But her solicitor wrote a will that could be pilfered from, and conveniently he recommended the executor (mum’s best friend) hire his lawyer mate, to represent us. It was the opposition’s solicitor who took the most money. I’m so upset. Any knowledge of whether I can get my money back from these fiends, would be much appreciated

You could also try creating a private agreement with the lawyers. If you have evidence they contravened their code of conduct or contravened their rules in any way you can ask them questions around that and then establish an agreement with them that they agree to pay you compensation for the loss they have caused you…. https://solutionsempowerment.org/p/module-14-exerting-pressure-points-to-settle-any-matter/
