No we just filled in the registration forms under the name of the Trust. If you want to see a copy of the application form I can scan it and send it to your PM. They now send updates to the name of the Trust.

I have my trust documents and am about to put trailer i have just bought into it but not totally sure of where to write trust and ‘name’ etc in the documents. If you wouldn’t mind sharing your docs and exactly how you did it that would be great.I will also be putting our cars in as well asap once i get the process thanks.

Yes thanks the forms here are more involved but at least i know im on the right track. I have done as you suggested with notifications,i wouldnt have known that thanks again. I also thought All rights reserved was supposed to touch your autograph or doesnt it matter?

It’s best if you don’t want them to be able to cut any of your signature off. Making them touch ensures that if they try to cut it off you will see that something was supposed to be there evidenced by traces of the next line intermingled with the upper line.
