Hi all, I hope everyone is keeping there chin up through testing times. Its Grant here from Construction Alliance. Ive been fighting Gov Corp now for 4 years, we are making a stand and moving the construction industry away from the corruption. Long storey short, QBCC distroyed our business, left us with no income, spent 4 years paying off debt as a result, the “Estate Name” was bankrupted, 8 companies liquidated by the ATO and not once have I dropped the fight. Now here’s the win 👊 all of our assets are in natural law trusts, thats our equipment, materials, cars, trucks, tools – Everything…. So haven’t lost a thing. I learnt that you are wasting your time with even going to court, just dont consent – its so easy! So, all these liquidators are court appointed and are trying to contract, I keep RTS all there letters, i never answer phone calls unless I know the number, I work in the Private. Now for the past three months ASIC filed criminal proceedings against the “Person” for breach of the Corporations Act, such as not providing books to a liquidator, not submitting a Report To Affairs. Michael has been a great help with the documentation, being the Abatement Notice and other supporting comments. So the Brisbane Magistrates court adjourned the first mention, second mention all threats of warrants for arrest blah blah, we just stand our ground. So last Tuesday, the judge heard the matter, he couldn’t issue a warrant for arrest, because there was no consent to be made surity for the Person / Vessel, no consent to contract, joinder to the estate name and waived all benefits on offer. Michael explained how to Z out all documents, refuse for cause and accept and endorse the charges as the Creditor etc etc.
Hehe so all the judge could do is find the “Person” guilty and fine the “Person” $8000 plus a $110 administration fee… Whats even more amusing is the fine was registered with SPER on the day!
What a Clown show, big win!!! Thanks Michael you helped me keep out of the courts, leaving me free to get on with my Private Business. All that I need to do now is BoE 😂.
Normally its 5 years jail, this shit works, its all criminal and demonic. I think the ASIC Prosector had no idea how to handle the matter. You must make sure Nothing is in your Estate Name!!!!!! I wish everyone the best, ill update again once SPER accepts my BoE and discharges and offsets the credit showing on the SPER Statement.

This is wonderful news, sad you went through it in the first place.
To clarify when you state ” natural law trust” is that the same as private trusts unregistered that Solutions Empowerment teaches folks to use?
