That’s my pleasure. People have varying success depending on many factors. The factors we can control are making sure we know how to competently hold our position and making sure we keep evidence of everything along the way eg any email offers, recording phone calls and using registered post along with a certificate of mailing. Also learning how to hold our position in ocurt just incase we are hauled in there. There are webinars and modules that teach how to do all of the above. I think the path you have decided to embark on is sound.
