I have settlement on my private property this Monday. Sadly a Coercive Controlling Pirate has put in a Caveat prior to me settling it and my Private Trust being put in place. I am told that the only option I have is to put the sale of my funds into a trust owned by this Pirate (I am appalled and do not consent to this). Has anyone gone through a similar process or know of any other options that I have in this situation?

Yes, A lawyer (is the Pirate, coercively controlling me by his client). Apparently claiming that the money is to be stored in his trust fund until the completion of family court proceedings. His intention is to make me hurt, leaving my child and I now with no home, no money and no place to live.
