What Is The Foundation Mini-Course?

This foundational knowledge mini-course is designed with the idea that in order to get out of the system, you first need to understand the system you’re in. The following information should be considered the “basic information” you need to know to help you start your journey.

You can then learn amongst other like-minded members – we strongly encourage you to discuss all the foundational concepts on that group with each other to start putting the theory in practice.
