00:04:24 Daisy Doone: QUESTION. When a district council take you to court for not paying rates and you have attained an /default judgement via the private administrative process weeks before hand, what would you counter claim with? Slavery? Coercion? Fraud? Personage? Misrepresentation? Breach of agreement? Unlawful conversion? And would they not be following procedure? And how does the legal title of our properties come into this? If they said they were going to sell your property (even though there is no mortgage), what are they saying they are selling?

00:04:37 Daisy Doone: The legal title just the paper legal title the 1/10th ? Or the property itself? Are they hoping we do not realise the difference between the legal title and the equitable title, ie 9/10ths ? Or do I have this all incorrect? Does the legal title and the equitable title have to stick together and be sold as one of can you separate the two? How can they sell someones property if there is no mortgage? And if it is also in a trust? (A registered trust versus a private trust)
