When I sent the letter off to request the orginial document then sent me a printout of the form and a letter from the registrar saying ” i Theresa …… certify that this is a reproduction (such reproduction being a print made from an image) of an original document that, pursuant to secction…… was demmed to be in my custody at the time when the image was made”

00:12:02 K.: What do you recommend to file when one is unlawfully seized, detained, arrested and their rights trespassed on? What do you recommend to do when one receives an unlawful FTA (warrant) when one was never lawfully served or summonsed to appear? I have heard not to file a motion because that puts you in their jurisdiction. Send a Notice and Demand? What is the most simple remedy? I love your life’s work. I’m inside of the United States.

Should i register my trailers and car etc in my parents name instead? living in a small town, people (one peace officer especially that goes to the same jujitsu gym as me) always questioned why i had a QLD licence plate when i live in nsw and kept telling me i needed to get it changed over

I got that proof it was collected for the two parties I sent it too .

I questioned the fact two parties it was sent to. Then the foi comes back only giving me the copy sent to the exec direct which isn’t the one I was told they had. They basically sent me the evidence of the mail tampering, I called to give another chance to explain where I was told that you can’t pay like that and the bastard hung up. im about to get onto the feds for post tamp but first ive written to the auditor general as a last stop because development WA , police courts, transport and the 50 agents all having a go, im just one man … can you suggest anything else?

1. Can I invoice my customers from he trust account for my services (no GST)
2. Do I need to distribute the funds by the end of the financial year to the beneficiaries?
3. Can i not declare to the ATO and avoid paying tax on the funds received through the Trust?
4. Is there anything else that i need to know (I won’t tell my accountant about the transactions)

   01:36:23 Jonathan: Q: I have issued a BOE to Ergon (QLd Utilitiies) according to Aussie Post it weas delivered for power liabilities. Today Ergon admitted they have lost and can not find the BOE or letter I sent. Its been 1 month since I sent it. Is there admittance of losing the BOE a default of contract and I issue them a statement of claim for loss or should I now still issue the demand and notice process?
