00:06:35 Aaron: Q: When issuing a BOE or promissory note to a Government entity, when they refuse these as a form of payment and you issue a notice and demand for further and better particulars, to strengthen this process would you also include the FOI24/031Attorney-General’s request decision letter stating “There are no documents that exempt government from complying with the BOE Act 1909, which is why the department holds no such documents”?
00:09:52 Aaron: Q: What are the best words to use when holding position after you have your All Rights Reserved signature on documents when a matter arises? for example, ATO Tax file number declaration form, Individual tax return (PAYG) and drivers license.

00:24:32 Kevin: Hi Mark, I rephrase my 1st question about the passport declaration as I want to further clarify this matter.
Q…In the SA passport application, would you be inclined to put a line through the part of the declaration (included below) referring to biometric matching. The declaration states:
“I understand that:
my photo and personal information will be used for data and biometric matching purposes, even in the event that the application is withdrawn (biometric matching allows the passport photo to be electronically compared with other facial images to confirm identity).”
00:25:05 Aaron: Q: Would the following be a possible breach of contract (loan agreement) when the lender gets a debt collector to act on their behalf and the debt collector continually harasses with their solicitation after they have been issued with three successive demand notices and there is a private default judgment/agreement. The following is a clause in the original loan agreement, ‘We are not liable for any losses expect for negligent or willful misconduct from us, our agents or a receiver we appoint’.

00:41:20 Kevin: Q…Do you think changing the passport declaration statement from
“I understand that my photo and personal information will be used for data and biometric matching purposes” TO “I understand that my photo and personal information will be used for data matching purposes only” would jeopardise the passport application process? Would you be inclined to change any part of this statement? If yes, change to what?
00:57:02 Kevin: Q…With the non consent notices for the Digital ID, can we save and edit these notices? e.g. change the 28 days response period to 21 days?
01:13:50 wj: Notional payments and receipts by non-corporate
Commonwealth entities
If:
(a) either:
(i) a non-corporate Commonwealth entity makes a notional
payment to another non-corporate Commonwealth
entity; or
(ii) one part of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity
makes a notional payment to another part of that entity;
and
(b) the transaction would involve the debiting of an
appropriation if the notional payment were a real payment;
then:
(c) the finance law applies in relation to the notional payment as
if it were a real payment; and
(d) the finance law applies in relation to the notional receipt of
the notional payment as if it were a real receipt
01:14:21 Kevin: Regarding the name issue, in my Federal Court of Australia Statutory Demand matter last year, I quickly introduced myself in the manner you do and teach, where the Registrar then asked me “Is it okay if I address you as Mr DOE (my legal surname)?”

01:25:51 wj: Many of the provisions in this Part apply to either the Commonwealth or corporate Commonwealth entities, and do not expressly refer to non-corporate Commonwealth entities. This is because non-corporate Commonwealth entities are legally part of the Commonwealth. Generally, the Finance Minister has the power to act on behalf of the Commonwealth for the purposes of the provisions of this Part.
