General Q&A: 22/10/2025

00:09:40 Daisy Doone: Question… What if the council have signed off with a fake name, ie perhaps they have named a computer eg Katrina Smith, {her title = Team Leader Rating} and signed off with such a fake name, With no actual signature, containing some threats with menaces from the council, {we strongly suspect that it is something other than a Wo/man because of something that happened}. If this were true, would this be fraud? As there would be no one to take liability, would there? How would we stand, and what could we do (if proven)? And if we do end up in court, could we request a subpoena for the fake name to appear?

00:10:26 Denby Jane: Q please. Hi Mark. Can you please advise what is the best Trust to create to protect a family inheritance (including shares) from the standard public system taxes, including the supposed “Inheritance Tax” coming in soon? Thank you.

00:11:01 Balazs: Q: “Criminal” matter… What do you recommend if the magistrate enters a plea during a mention and the matter proceeds to a callover? I held my position and asked to see the claimaint stated that I’m not the trustee to make please.

00:11:43 Daisy Doone: QUESTION…I read this the other day, how true is this? Please the See following… And why we want an irrevocable trust? Do we not want to be able to change things every so often, and would an irrevocable Trust mean you could not add assets if and when you wanted to?

“The well-known maxim “Own Nothing, Control Everything” cannot be achieved through a revocable trust, because ownership and control are still united in the same person — the grantor. True separation of legal and equitable title, which provides privacy and protection, only occurs in a properly structured Irrevocable Trust.

00:13:40 Daisy Doone: Question… How did you do in court for your rates, Mark?

00:14:24 Vas: QUESTION: My un-registered Trust just bought a brand new car from dealer, with a purchase order from Trust which will save paying GST, but dealer so far say they can only do a Tax Invoice. Should I push harder? Stupid me, I also did not change & initial the T & C’s before signing.

00:15:06 David: Hi, Have you ever used Unlawful conversion argument when confronted by police who link you to the legal entity without your consent after you provided your given name.Is it not fraud ?and therefor vitiates all.

00:16:19 Vas: QUESTION: Vic Roads only allows company or personal name not Trust. From your experiences, could I drive it away a new car from dealership with my own insurance and “private” plates without registering ownership to Vic Roads? How do I hold my position when cops pull me over and claim it’s un-registered? Or best to pay rego & not get hassled?

00:25:09 Jerome: Only sent to host and panelists – above at 8.59 Hi Mark, I’ve got a major health issue. Please advise how I can terminate the trust and get the £10k with a UK building society returned to me.

They have written to ask:

  • is it registered with HMRC, and so what details etc
  • if not on what basis is it exempt?

I don’t have the time or energy to reply.

Many thanks,
Jerome

00:42:51 Vas: QUESTION: After returning Council rates notice turned into a contract, they deposited my 10% cheque, then replied to my first notice claiming it’s a Sovereign Citizen Enquiry and such documents can be found on the internet, have no legal force or effect, an agreement cannot be reached simply because the person to whom you sent the letter does not respond in timeframe or manner you require, or puported unilateral obligations by one party on another do not create binding agreements.” So should I ignore their claims and just keep going with third notice with Fee Schedule if they wish to continue?

00:45:52 Deb: Because Property Titles are now digital, is there a Trust that will protect our property from Tokenisation of real estate on the blockchain? Thank you
