The ATO advised that there was nothing to amend so they still have $52,000 Productivity of my labour. What is the next step please, and I thank you for all that you give your time and knowledge. 00:15:00 Morag: Q…If we have gone through everything with the council including a fourth step affidavit outlining the steps taken and the agreement reached and done a Notice of Dishonour to instruct them to correct their records when they sent out an unaltered invoice but they STILL send out another unaltered invoice, (I know I can send them an invoice for my time in having to deal with these vexatious claims) but would accepting the offer and redrafting it to suit us as in webinar 4 and 4b negate the need for sending them an invoice for our time or would you do both processes if it was your matter? If they STILL send out unaltered invoices after we have changed it into a contract in our favour could we accept again and change it again or what would be your move if they kept persisting?

00:52:37 Therese: Yes Jeanette however it is called “Notice of Demand” not a letter. The one I sent I am told is was a letter not a notice and is not valid, Needs to be a Notice and needs to be written correctly. I need to learn more about this.

However the bank is now charging the card interest for non payments, what are some examples if how we can deal with the interest or ignore it? Thanks

01:29:47 Jess M: What’s your experience when things go to the ombudsman with payment instruments discharged to a corporation when the corporation sticks to “they don’t take accept” regardless if it’s already discharged technically. Does the ombudsman usually do the right thing?. Or court likely it will be.
