Question Answered During This Q&A Webinar
00:15:25 Daisy Doone: Question… Can you only state your name is your “intellectual property” if you have copyrighted it and obtained the trademark, or is our name always our intellectual property?
00:18:33 Carey: Daisy, send your Q to “hosts and panelists”
00:21:57 Jonathan Dillon: Hi Mark, Hope you are doing well.
This week we have taken the step to use the Acceptance for Value Money Order process to discharge a credit card.
Upon review of the downloadable documents for this module 6 there appear to be a number of documents missing from the zip file including:
The 3rd Party Debt Collector Letter Request
Affidavit of Support Letter of Request
Notice and Demand for further and better particulars &
Notice of written communication
Fee Schedule Template
Q: I have raised a SE Support ticket # 10225 via the website and wondering if you have received this enquiry? Can these docs be emailed through please to the email address on this ticket? Thank you
00:25:19 Jonathan Dillon: Q: Can you please share which legislation apart from the Bill Of Exchange Act supports the money order (Acceptance for Value) concept as legal tender and payment method in Australia?
00:26:34 Daisy Doone: Question… What is a mediation certificate? Is it to do with the private administrative process, after you have attained silence to all 3 of your notices ? I have not got to that particular module yet, but have seen it in passing in other modules, the learning is slow going, lol.
00:35:44 Jonathan Dillon: Q2: Can you please share an example of how we would hold our position in a face to face meeting against a claim that a bank or council does not accept the Acceptance for Value Money Order.
Thank you
00:38:50 Chris Timbury: Q: Do you have the original pdf. ai. or eps file for the promissory note sticker?
00:39:35 Jayne: Q: What legislation is in place that states that police need to be holding ID to conduct business and also that they have to provide their indemnity insurance details? They generally say they don’t have to do either of these things, so it would be good to be able to point them to the relevant legislation. Do you know the name of the legislation so we can look it up?
00:39:53 Jonathan Dillon: Q: In the Acceptance for Value instructions it does not advise to send payment evidence to Equifax, would you still recommend we do this?
00:41:14 Jayne: Q: In regards to driving, are there any insurance providers that you know of that will provide 3rd party CTP and comprehensive car insurance if you don’t have a licence and are driving an unregisterd car? Or is there another type of insurance we could take out to cover ourselves?
00:44:13 Pete: Question? Hi Mark I received on a company letterhead today titled WE Can’t Accept Your Payment . which confirms Origin accepted BoE’s delivered was a method of payment , Now that I have this prime evidence can I form an affidavit accompanied with an invoice (I sent a fee schedule summary to them on my last correspondence for failure to provide the evidence that Origin are exempt from upholding the bills of exchange act 1909 on more than three occasions) and can I continue to send BoEs in the meantime until I can get remedy?
00:52:18 Bill k: Q: Do the federal acts prevail over the state acts in America?
01:13:38 Daisy Doone: Question……. Does a “council” have to provide you with their Memorandum of articles of association, if you ask them in an FOI, as this shows that they have to accept BOE , PN and other instruments, can they refuse to let you see this?
