The office was established after reflection from around the world of the overbearing, oppressive governments. The office was designed to keep in check any belligerent, negligent, aggressive employees of government agencies and departments.

It is an office unique to Australia and a powerful tool to curb oppressive authoritarian government.

If each individual knew how to properly use this office, the belligerent, oppressive, negligent actions of our government would be checked and curbed overnight.
