An essential strategy to protect your estate from claims and potential claims, when properly executed. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Financing Statement (Form 1) tells the whole (public) world that you have the highest claim to your estate, leap frogging all other claimants and potential claimants including but not limited by, the lender.

If your assets are vulnerable to or threatened by a bank, tax office, council, lawyer or any other corporate (public) pirate or parasite, gezumpt their claim before they take possession of your estate or property. Record your status as the “Secured Party” creditor over your estate, and your claim to that estate, on a public filing recognised universally in the public realm as the UCC1.
