This is great information Morag, I appreciate it.
I was blown away by the simplicity of his letter writing, but do like the detail included in the SE one that I followed for Directors id non-consent.I like that they are required to provide evidence against particulars that make the claim in notice (in my current case from the EQC) true and lawful in their own system.

With regards to the exhibits, I unfortunately forgot to take copies of the signed documents for Round 1 and only have the proof of sending for Round 1 (the proof of delivery is now older than 2 months which AusPost says is archived).
How does this effect my Affidavit? Do I have to include the copies and proofs of delivery/send for it to still hold weight? Or can I edit the Affidavit removing reference to the Exhibits?

p.s. you too!
You are an ace at answering questions and sharing and generous with the knowledge you share 😀 -
i used to have my head in employment law for AUS, UK, couple of US states, and a pinch of the Middle East…as well as OHS here in AUS, so know how long it takes to interpret them and where they can trip you up inside of themselves and with each other.
Mark’s documents are fabulous! Really appreciate all he does here 🙂

This is what I had with my Directors ID non-consent.The statement in the video in the ‘Simple Art of Letter Writing’ course is:
—-
As We wrote to Bob (insert the Name you address notices to) We do not understand why Deputy Dawg (the Name of who is sending you the reply) replie to Us in the puerile attempt to obsfucate the facts and re-contract Us.
—–
How well would that work in this situation? With my non-consent notices, I acknowledged the letters from the random person, and re-applied that my questions had not been answered.
The reply you’ve received reads like a threat, with the hope to shake you into compliance. -

Registering the new tax agent? No more information, on the call I confirmed my business name and ABN, and my BC name and TFN, gave them the tax agent reference number, they asked for my phone number to send an authorisation code as a text, which I read out and it was done.
They didn’t ask anything about the digital ID or directors ID. The lady didn’t even ask if I’d tried to do online via the Digital ID portal. -
Thanks 🙂
I did get the certificate of mailing signed for all rounds, and it was sent in the envelope. So I don’t have a copy of Round 1’s certificate.
Would it reduce the weight of the the Round 4 Affidavit if I didn’t include any of the exhibits?
I do know that Round 1 was received because I got a reply, pretty much the same as what others have received from both ASIC and ABR a long time after the 14 days.

How did did you go with your further notices?
Today, I received an email reply from ASIC to my first notice. The same as commented above.
From what I’m reading from others comments here, it’s best to keep going with the notices. Politely acknowledging the email reply in the second notice and then continue that there has been a failure/refusal to respond to the request.
Would that be correct?
14 days of first notice will be 8th June.
