The notices were addressed to the Director Reviews APO, the coward did not dare to even reveal his first name.

Thanks, I have done the 3 notices and then did an Affidavit which was supplied as evidence for the formal complaint I sent to the minister for foreign affairs. So far all I heard is crickets.

Speaking of invoices, will I need to full name of the recipient? These bureaucrats only give their first names these days (I start to see why).

Thx for the reply. Would you please elaborate on how you sent it to the NSW office?
It is interesting that you had results there as mine was first bounced back by the Sydney office (that is where they sent it).
