Yes they are also weapons that are connected with 5g and the starlink. Cal Washington said, were you see those fires, where houses in the street all burnt down, but the trees were all in tack, and there was one house that was fine. Cal said that is because that one house did not have a smart meter. You can do the NOL with Cal with utility providers and politicians, but we will need to hold our position because they will try and cut your power or water off etc.

The Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) has made a draft rule designed to turbocharge the deployment of smart meters. The draft rule determination states that the rule would achieve ‘universal uptake of smart meters in the NEM [National Energy Market] by 2030’.

Hi, this is very interesting. When I received a sper debt of over $11,000, I nearly had a heart attack. This was back in 2019. When I called them, back then they would actually put you through a person who was looking after you debt and they would listen to what you had to say. Back then I quoted section 56 + of the Commonwealth of Australian Constitution Act 1900. And stated you cannot under the constitution charge me excess fees. He new what I was talking about and said I will get back to you in a couple of days. He did and the amount had be taken back to $140. How crazy is that. Now my cousin has just received a bill of $12,000. We called sper and they refuse to allow him to quote the constitution and the first customer service officer abruptly ended the call. So we called again and this time we managed to get the call reference numbers which they were hesitant to give. So we started to quote the constitution again and she was like, no, no, no you cannot say that you have to pay your bill and hung up. It was crazy. We have recorded the conversations and now I am sending them a conditional acceptance to provide evidence they can add excess fees on to the fines and that the Commonwealth of Australian Constitution Act 1901 does not apply to them. His licence was suspended but he had to drive to get to a job out of Brisbane and he received a weird note, not a ticket, and had to appear in court for driving unlicensed. I suggested he keep adjoining this until it goes away and have time to get this sorted. I am only going to give them 7 business days to respond. I will let you know how we go. When we get the fees removed and we will then we will make them an offer to pay 10% off the remainder of the fines. How is your process going?

  • Good to hear!! it is disgusting what they have done to those people.

March 26, 2024 at 8:47 am in reply to: ATO – Who to send promissory note to?

In relation to the interest the ATO or any government body charges, it is unconstitutional. They cannot add fees onto liabilities and how I know this is because I had a $74,000 tax liability. I contacted them via phone first and requested they send me all the documentation of how this debt came to be. When I received the doc it was mostly fee’s. So I called them and stated that under the constitution and quoted section 53 and first asked if this was being recorded and I wished to be recorded. I was recording as well. Then I quoted the following. And they reduced the tax debt back to the original debt of $6000.00. I told them I will not be paying that as the following applies to the GST added on that I did not consent to and that the government had no legal right to include. This was 4 years ago and I have not heard from the ATO about it since. Where as prior to that I as being threatened.

Under the Constitution section 53: “Proposed laws appropriating revenue or moneys, or imposing taxation shall not originate in the Senate. But proposed law shall not be taken to appropriate revenue or moneys, or to impose taxation by reason only of its containing provisions for the imposition or appropriation of fines or other pecuniary penalties, or for the demand or payment or appropriation of fees for licenses or fees for services under the proposed law. The Senate may not amend proposed laws imposing taxation or proposed laws appropriating revenue or moneys for the ordinary annual services of the government. The Senate may not amend any proposed law so as to increase any proposed charge or burden on the people”.

    Q: What does this mean?

A” This passage refers to the legislative process in Australia, specifically regarding the origination of financial bills and the powers of the Senate.

    Origination of Financial Bills:

a). Proposed laws related to appropriating revenue or moneys (essentially, budget-related bills) or imposing taxation cannot start in the Senate.

b). The House of Representatives (the other chamber of the Australian Parliament) is where such bills must originate.

c). In other words, the Senate cannot introduce bills that directly deal with taxes or government spending.

    2. Exceptions:

a). However, a proposed law is not considered to appropriate revenue or impose taxation solely because it includes provisions for fines, penalties, or fees (e.g., fines for violations, licensing fees, or service fees).

b). These provisions do not trigger the restriction on origination in the Senate.

    3. Amendment Powers of the Senate:

a). The Senate has limitations when it comes to amending certain bills:

    1. It cannot amend proposed laws that impose taxation.
    2. It cannot amend proposed laws that appropriate revenue or moneys for the ordinary annual services of the government (day-to-day operations).
    3. Additionally, the Senate cannot amend any proposed law in a way that increases charges or burdens on the people

It outlines the rules governing financial legislation, emphasising the role of the House of Representatives in initiating budget-related bills and the Senate’s restrictions on amending certain types of financial laws

That is so good, I knew of some teachers who were using Bing Chat AI to help teach the children in class until they got caught out. If I think they have band the use of AI in the universities due to students getting AI to do all the study for them. I have heard when the shut down the networks the news system will be AI and everyone will be monitored. I hope that does not happen.

Good info Morag. I brought a book called “defusing the debt bomb” from https://gaiauni.com/product/defusing-the-debt-bomb/ . No this guy learnt all his trick of Mark, but also this guys wife had been battling with debt collectors for years and he wanted to basically beat them at their game. This book as “I say Marks” 3 step process and it has a step by step guide. So it makes it easy to follow. I did and I kicked there butts. It was one of my first wins and for $3000 from origin. I also sent with the notices my schedule of fees and told them they had to remove the bad credit rating asap. But all that is in there it explains everything. Very simple process. No stress at all. BUT, I am not sure if the council has sold you debt to an independent debt collector. Morag I think is right up there with the councils. But first up you need to call the councils debt department and get proof of the sale of your debt. Origin sent me the details of the sale. Its not an issue if you cannot gets it but it helps. But if you can’t you send the 3 notices 14 days apart and they have to prove they have a contract with you that has your wet signature on it. If they can’t and they won’t. You win! easy. In you case as it is the council try and get the sale notice and you have every right to it as it was you debt they sold. Hope that helps. Bricky

Hey Brandon congratulations , did you happen to get any copies of the documents from the midwife about the live birth? I did with my grandchildren. You will notice they keep their notes with them at all times and don’t leave them at the end of the bed like they use to. But I got my daughter to demand copies and as they are her medical records. Go back into the hospital or write to the hospital stating you wanting copies of the records of your babies birth. To me thats the real life birth certificate, written by the actual midwife and doctor. Also guys do not let your babies have the Vit K shot, it has aliminum in it which can have serious affects on the babies brain. Hope that helps. I did have a friend who got the live birth certificates and they look very similar to the original birth certificate.

Thats good a lot of people in Canada are doing that as well. Cal said to be prepared to have your power cut of during the dispute. It is something they have been doing to a lot of people, even elderly. This is an agenda the UN want really pushed on people, even the utility suppliers/installers will force this upon you because there is huge money to be made.

Oh ok I have never heard that one. I am currently doing a Conditional acceptance for a guy who has a $12,000 debt. They have just responded with a load of acts that do not apply to men and women. So I will continue with my notices and then affidavit until they remove the fees then we will make them an other. He also had his licence suspended and that was done before I started to help him so I and suggested he keep adjoining it until we get a result from this. I keep Sper up to date on what we are doing and that the amount is under dispute. But as far as the schedule of fees goes I know we send it with our notices and whether it has that type of affect I am not really sure sorry.

HI I sent you the link that has the notices in, click on the picture in this chat and buy the ebook, defusing the debt bomb it has all the templates in it and step by step instructions.

Yes it is a good idea to get evidence of the debt being sold but some times you can’t, and thats ok. You still state it in your notices. Because that is the only way a debt collector can get you debt, is to buy it for 10c in the dollar of the owner of the debt. Then the original owner writes it off as tax debt,

A debt collectors will aways say they are acting on behalf of the owner of the debt like Origin. But they are not at all. they are lying.

All I ask origin was, when did you sell the debt.

Yes M-j is right in most cases but with a debt collector it is different. I would read that book, defusing the debt bomb it explains it all. This guy know everything there is to know about debt collectors as he has been dealing with them for 20 years.

Do the same thing with the council and ask for the date they sold your debt to the independent debt collector. I do know that some don’t go to actually debt collectors they have a debt department they send the bill to for them to sought out so you my need to find that out. But thats all I can tell you really.

Do you know about the statutes of limitations? Well when you have a debt the debt collector even though they are fraudulent will chase you for 6 years. if they don’t hear from you the debt is automatically dropped. So say I hadn’t contacted them for 3 years, I only had 3 years left before it disappears under the statutes of limitations. But because I contacted them the debt starts the clock all over gain giving them 6 years to harass me. But this time I had a 3 step process that got rid of them in 3 months.

They are all corrupt rtw711, They are all fraudulent thats why when they get the debt you can say good by to it. I sent them the 3 step notice to conditionally accept the debt if they can prove I have a wet signature contract with them. And I don’t so I just sent the notices 3 times and then the affidavit confirm the process and their acceptance and that was it. Done like a dinner. Nope I didn’t respond to them in 72 hours I responded to them 3 years later. I did not know I had that debt and it was from leak in a house or something and they wanted me to pay $3000 for the months hot water bill. hope that helps

Sorry I didn’t send a notice to Origin, if I said that, thats and oops. No called the debt department and asked them when they sold my debt to the debt collector. Then they sent that out to me. As for challenging the energy company, have you tried to discharge you bill with Energy OZ? or has that gone to a debt collector? Ok if your discharging it and its not with the debt collector thats a different story. Yes you can but origin did not give me the bad credit rating it was Panthera the debt collection agency so they had to rectify that. So non have gone to a debt collector?
