If you are in Queensland, there is the qld JP handbook that you can find online for free. You can use that handbook to quote that you are using the approved format. Section 4.7

Yes, it works fine. Particularly if you are self employed. But if you are fearful, I would wait and do some more research on who you are. You need to feel confident you can stand before a judge, magistrate or ATO and confidently declare you are a man, created by God, and act under God’s law, especially Gen 1:26.

I think Mark has previously said that any monies that were derived from your crypto activities were a product of your labour. ie you did research, performed mental activity, studied the market etc. The productivity of a man’s labour cannot be taxed.

Has anyone prevented jurisdiction of the family law court by claiming they are a man and not a person. As only a person can be in a de facto relationship, the family law court can only have jurisdiction over a man with his consent. Does this sound like an appropriate first line of defense?
