MemberOctober 26, 2023 at 5:46 am in reply to: Not registering newborn baby (No birth certificate)Thanks for the question.
My partner and I are deciding if we should register. We know the pitfalls of registering but this website has tools to manage the pitfalls.
We are considering if the non-registration is right for our coming newborn and us. I don’t want the state involved at all however, as you’ve pointed their may be some utilities from the state that you may want. Mark has taught us to not mix jurisdictions, you are either public or private.
So are they able to facilitate a private means of dealing with emergencies, if not and it worries them maybe the parents should reconsider if they are ready to have a non-registered offspring.
The option for cash payments for medical bills maybe the solution. Registered or not, money talks. Will the hospital refuse your cash?

The following module I would use to pursue what you are after:
Module 6: Deliver Payment By Way Of Money Order (Acceptance For Value “A4V”) To Discharge A Debt
Module 7: Deliver Payment By Way Of Bill Of Exchange To Discharge A Debt
Module 8: Deliver Payment By Way Of Promissory Note To Discharge A Debt
Module 10: Strategies to discharge Credit Card Debt
Although I have not done what you seek, those modules and a good study of the bills of exchange act I think would help you out. It is where I would start.
I do remember Mark talking about a discharging bills but only in passing. It may be easier to put a bills on a credit card, max it out and then discharge the credit card. If you are going to discharge the household bills by an alternative method you will have to realise that there is probably a high likely hood that the water, electric, etc will be turned off. Now if you are ready for that then by all means give then hell.
The amount of effort and consequences you may encounter might not warrant going after the household bills but I pray you may know more than me and will get us a story of success.

What if I didn’t give a time limit to respond in the first notice? How big of a mistake is it and can it be corrected using the 2nd Notice? In the first notice I added an “Affidavit of Status” which does have a time limit listed on it.

With respect, from your questions and comments, are you not leaning too much on templates? Imagine the ideal you, If you were able to hold your ground on all situations, would you need a template? Stand your ground, a “No Trespass” sign is a no trespass sign in civil law, common law any bloody law. D you really think the pigs are smart enough to think “Hey he is only referring to common law, but under the rules of equity I can abuse his rights”? You are powerful as you are, or am I wrong?

Would the payouts of the US have anything to do with them being closer to the money printer?

MemberApril 6, 2023 at 3:41 am in reply to: Summons/Notice to Appear for Alleged Driving Related OffencesThank you very much your comments are helping me much, I’ll keep the time sensitive for the final notice of default. Have you any comments on asking more set up question in the 2nd notice? I am acting dishonourable if I add more questions in the 2nd notice? I started with 9 questions and my 2nd notice draft has 14 questions(Mostly repeats, some questions expanded and new additional questions).

MemberApril 6, 2023 at 2:32 am in reply to: Summons/Notice to Appear for Alleged Driving Related OffencesWould you suggest that I could add additional questions to the 2nd Notice I sent? I am writing the second notice but have learned more since the first, my plan is to repeat the set up questions I sent in my first Notice of Conditional Acceptance and add more question since it will be 2 weeks with no reply and/or response. Do you know how to add “Time sensitive” to a notice? I heard Mark say this recently. Stating time sensitive would mean they are to reply with 72hrs, could his be used to put them in default sooner than usual?

MemberMarch 30, 2023 at 9:34 am in reply to: Summons/Notice to Appear for Alleged Driving Related OffencesThank for your reply, I have used Module 28 for the conditional acceptance template and return to sender. I see there is a sale for module packs which Look forward too. Module 28 was on the list. I know the judge that will be sitting, and he is quite the meanie mason, the police and solicitors are ‘fear’ of him. So the roleplay module will have to be studied hard. Although the tip from Mark on saying “Are you threaten me” may have helped me.
