Thank you Kari for this episode. My question. Is it true that upon entering the courtroom, you have your NAME “ticked off” the attendance sheet? Secondly, as your case becomes due, the judge calls your NAME and you stand up to say that you’re present. If you don’t stand up, can’t the judge place a warrant for your arrest? Twice we have admitted to accepting the name. Comments?
