    If I pay the $200 for the SE package, will this give me everything I need? I agree with you for the record. I am incredibly nervous about it. More than anything I am worried about saying or doing the wrong thing and ending up in hot water.

    Thanks for all of your suggestions. There is certainly a lot that I would do differently if faced with that situation again, no doubt about it. But moving forward, and dealing with the current fine, I’d really love to know if anyone has had success (or thinks I could have success) paying the remaining debt with a PN. I don’t have any other parking or other fines to contest, although I am also currently looking at clearing my tax debt with a PN with the help of a savvy accountant who is on the same page as the rest of us. There are plenty of horror stories of SPER essentially stealing property and causing a lot of grief for those who don’t repay their debts and I don’t want to put myself in the firing line. Equally so, I don’t want to pay any more money to the criminal cartel that is our government. So I’d love to hear if you think this is possible. Or not. Cheers.
