June 15, 2023 at 5:07 pm in reply to: Has Anyone Experienced an Audit Using Mark’s Method?

    Hey guys,
I am a self employed coach/consultant. I had an inflated tax return in 2021 that ended up with a $31k debt on it. I had 2 other Income Tax debts of total $6k & $2k and a PAY NOW notice for $41k total. I studied Mark’s module, did investigations in to results from others and deduced that for me personally I had the knowledge but not quite the full confidence to energetically file an amendment as a sovereign woman using Marks’ teachings. I CHOSE tactically to play the DEAD ENTITY game first. and submit an amendment playing their game – their way, using mygov and paper. It triggered an audit (only as I had tried once a few months before). They never explained it was an audit, they just gave a $22k credit the day I did my amendment & then the day later deleted it. So I contacted them to complain – “where is my amendment and tax credit?” they said I had to “verify my income and expenses” to have the amendment go through (this little to my knowledge was the audit). As invoices were destroyed by the floods I wrote an affidavit with full details of my supposed “income” and expenses” and sent some digital invoices and things off to them. The result was an (audit) that ended up in a $24k credit!!! It turned out that an investment property we had for which I was told I was a 1% owner, they deemed me to be a 50% owner & thus they changed my whole return and the lucky result was a higher credit than my original DEAD ENTITY amendment!

So now my debt is down from $41k to $15k I am working on the next stage of my plan. It might be using their system to apply to release the debt or a promissory note. Or if I feel bold I may write to them to ask for proof that the ATO was legally gazetted in 1973 at it’s inception & indeed does possess legal authority to claim debts from me. And see where that goes…….TBC

Any advice here by those experienced members is most welcome!

My plan is one of least resistance, as I am not a fighter. I have sound knowledge of the truth but “some fear” applying it as I can’t deal with a “battle” (busy life, little kids property etc etc).

I figured that “knowing the truth” and then using their system to diminish the debt felt RIGHT for ME. As Mark and Tom and all the greats say – we have to embody knowledge before we can apply it with ease and success and high confidence is paramount to winning.

Good luck everyone in keeping what is rightfully yours.

  • Hi all,
I have an update. I chose NOT to use the process from Mark’s documents because I personally feel that in my situation it may be more trouble than it’s worth and financially I need a WIN. I need to reduce this implied $40k debt to the lowest amount possible. It’s vital energetically to go with what feels right and true for yourself. As I recently received some flood money from the gov it feels right for me to play them at their game by their rules (at this stage) and whilst I am great at retaining this knowledge and info I am still a newbie and really don’t want to get “caught in the spotlight” not knowing which way to turn. I also find the energy of the ‘battle’ debilitating, so this is what I’ve done:
    1) A standard straw woman amendment using mygov reducing my income and increasing my expenses to actual figures I can prove. Completed on the 16th Feb. I got notification from ATO that it was lodged. It came up with a $22k credit. Then showed amendment as “in progress”
    2) 21 Feb I received an email asking me to call ATO to verify the claims in my amendment.
    3) 22 Feb I called and explain that jobkeeper was added twice and a private car sale was also mistakenly included in income hence reducing my income by $32k and that some allowable deductions were missed (all true). They took notes, asked if I had paperwork to prove my claim, and I said “yes a profit and loss”….the lady was very kind, she said I should get an email soon to progress with the amendment & they may need the profit and loss. I said fine, but I lost my phone so please email only. I also recorded the conversation.
    4) 6 March I get a mygov letter with an ATO debt statement with the full false debt still there and the amendment no longer shows “in progress”.
    * I feel really pissed of and start writing my affidavit and a honourable notice of conditional acceptance thinking they’ve deleted my amendment. Then I chat to my partner who said “just call them” So I called Mar 16 to ask where my amendment has gone and they said it is in progress, not deleted. I asked them to put a stop on the debt letters and they did for 28 days. I quoted the tax Payers Charter and stated they have not met my rights and that I need help to complete the amendment and they escalated it and said a case worker will call me in 5 days….now I wait
Fingers crossed I get the debt reduced then I will request they release it due to financial hardship.

This is fantastic thanks Wills! Did you use this with ATO to delete a fraudulent claimed debt? Or in any other way? I would love to know. Cheers, Em

    Hi Torus,
As your goal is: “It would just be for the purpose of getting out of the income tax system, once and for all.” then after watching Mark’s 2 webinars in the topic from 2019 and 2022 I would suggest doing a tax return as he recommends by putting a small amount in the ‘income’ section and ticking the box that says NO when asked “Do you have to submit a tax return in the future”
Marks words – this is a self employed persons ticket to ending the contract, Simple.

I will be doing that on my final return as a self employed sole trader – but I also have to figure out how to wipe the false debt that claim I owe of $40k from a false return that helped us get a loan! 🙁

    Good luck, blessings, Em

  • Hey guys, Do you mean that you are simply filing her tax return as a sole trader for the first time??
If so, there’s no need to use any of the sovereign method yet, because it is very easy to simply know who you are inside (not a taxpayer) and put any figures that don’t result in a debt. And yes there doesn’t’ seem to be 1 man or woman who sends an affidavit from a living man or woman who doesn’t get questioned. So if you’re not trying to reduce a debt or get a debt back then tehre is not much point raising a red flag in my opinion.
I have done this for 10 years until I needed to show a higher figure to get a loan for a property.
EG: gross $28k, expense $10k, net income $18k = no debt, no red flag, no worries. Easy as!
    Is that what you meant??

  • Thanks, yes I was thinking to do that exact task. I need to make the call when I’m feeling incredibly empowered, not tired and overwhelmed, but I will do this!! I liked the story of the other person who called to tell them she was under the threshold, unwell and wouldn’t need to do a tax rtn in future and the lady did it all for her. I like working with kindness returns kindness, so let’s see…I also bought the MODULES pack today so I’ll prep myself with reading all that first.
Thanks for your support Morag x

Thanks Ant made for your support. I am so into empowerment on every level and I know that I’m a divine soul only inhabiting my body and using my name my mother gave me for this life. yet it’s amazing how ingrained their fraudulent rules are in my body (despite knowing the truth). It is incredible how much “they” (essentially dark forces inhabiting other bodies) have deceived us all yes and thanks for the reminder, I really need it with this because despite “knowing” who I am and knowing the truth – it is a challenge to rise and step up to owing it outright. So all your support here helps! It would be great to have an in person “get this stuff done” group. Please let me know of any in the Byron Shire. Big hugs, Em

  • Thanks for sharing this info with me!
I’m wanting to amend using mygov (faster) but I did that already last year and it didn’t change anything. I printed the pages to show proof, but there’s nothing on mygov to show that the amendment went through their end, and I never heard anything back from them, nor did the false debt get amended as it should have.
Have people found that signing with ‘agent’ and “all rights reserved’ etc is a red flag indicating the man or woman is attempting to stand in their sovereignty and thus it can trigger them fighting back to keep their (false) power???

Thanks for that info. Yeah I’ve done all my returns for the last 10 years keeping it simple with a low net income to incur no tax bill until we needed an accountant to do my returns to get a loan for a property. Then the false debt has been created, so yes I wish to just duck out all together by doing a year of under the threshold and then opting out and moving into the private completely but have to work out how to reduce or wipe this debt. I have put a post up on it as we plan to get hubbies tax back, amend mine to a low figure and then use his cash back to pay mine. Use the system to pay the system type thing – playing a game to win and then get out.
Anyway hope you can stay free as the living divine soul you are 🙂 Blessings

I love this, thanks for sharing Morag and thanks to the soul who wrote of their experience. I am a middle path person so I like that this soul played the system game to get out of it. I am contemplating something similar but it’s a bit trickier as there’s an implied $40k debt….

Hi! I have been reading up on all topics about reducing false tax debts. I see you are very helpful and I love that. This is a great powerful stance Morag. Can you please share your letter to help others write if you have it easily accessable? Thanks in advance!

    Hey there,
I’m currently needing to deal with a false debt from ATO as a sole trader. 3 years of false claimed debts now reach a yucky total of $40k. The big one of $35k is false even in their fraudulent system as my net income was increased for the broker to buy a great acreage (even though I didn’t need to show income that high)….baaahhh.
I’ve watched both the 2019 and 22 tax webinars from Mark & am awake to the global fraud of tax systems, all systems, agendas etc etc. Just trying to figure out which hand to play. Soaking up all info in the forum here.
    I have a few Q’s for you.
    1) Did you submit those returns online in mygov?
    2) Did you submit them all at one time (same date period)
    3) Did their return statements come up in mygov?
    4) Where did you write ‘agent for the dead entity” ? (in your name section)???
    5) Did you complete according to webinar with NA to most other Q’s?
    6) Did you tick NO to “do I you need to submit a tax return next year??
Thanks for your answers, it’s such a great place to learn 🙂 Blessings, Em
