You could also try creating a private agreement with the lawyers. I think trying to work our way through the propaganda is almost counter productive and can tie us up in knots just trying to unwind it all. I think the bottom line for preparation is to ask ourselves ‘How long would I last without the system supporting me in any way?” If we find any shortfalls then we can focus on preparing in that area.

This is an amazing and chilling video and everyone who has a smart meter needs to watch this. We dealt with the smart meter problem in our home and we had threats to deal with as well, but using Mark’s teachings and methods we were able to gain an agreement with them. If they threaten to charge you extra for meter reading then one option is to charge them a lease for using some of your private property for their alternative meter.

I used to work and have a benefit. It was useful as a safety net and one time I had very little taxable income and so the benefit was intact another time I had more taxable income and the benefit was reduced to $30 per week. It was minimal payment however it was good to have that safety net in place for when I either stopped working or was forced to stop for whatever reason. I used to complete a tax return every year and one time I was audited but I had my business records in order and so it was no problem. (anything of a private nature and outside of the public domain they are not entitled to see and you are not obligated to declare, if you do decide to declare it you then give them jurisdiction)

Question 1: From what I know they can’t data match to the trust because it does not have a TFN? Am I correct?
A…Your Trust is completely in the private so there will be no public records of it (apart from what you may have shown to the Bank, but it would be illegal for them to share that information).
Question 2: Do you have any wisdom on what I should say if they were to ask about any assets held in trust? I feel confident to hold my position in writing but not so confident if I were to be put on the spot on the phone.

Also your Trust is in the private domain is it not and do they have any jurisdiction over the private domain. The only things you are compelled to discuss are transactions or income you have done publicly. There is no need to mention anything that they have no jurisdiction over is there? If you were to mention anything that may give them a foot in the door, so you are right about making sure you do not incriminate yourself. It is not a matter of hiding anything or lying or anything like that, it is simply that the Trust and its transactions are not part of their world, is that not so? If you were to ask your neighbour for example what his activities were on his property, would he be compelled to answer or would you, as a person, have no jurisdiction over that part of his life, (unless he had come under your jurisdiction because he was on your property, then you could ask him questions he would be compelled to answer but only on the subject of him being on your property. If he refused to answer then you could ask him to leave could you not)?

If you have heard nothing that sounds like a good thing. I have found that tax returns are one of the easiest things to deal with as long as you have evidence for everything you are putting in the return. Then if you are ever audited you have everything you need at your fingertips to hold your position. If you have invested in the modules you need then you will have more resources at your fingertips as well.

It is best to have the trust account as a non interest bearing account as interest bearing accounts come under the jurisdiction of the tax dept and this could give them access to your accounts putting them into the public domain.

We have given copies of our Trust documents to various entities and lawyers have looked them over and there is no fault with the way these have been created. If you want to remove yourself as beneficiary you are entitled to do that, however it could perhaps potentially inhibit your ability to use the trust property for your benefit.

He makes this nice and simple however he misses out a couple of things along the way, such as how to successfully address the court. He speaks about what NOT to say but not enough about what to say. Also I would like to hear him speak of anyone who has successfully completed this process and see some examples of paperwork successfully completed and sent and what happened in their life as a result of sending that paperwork.

You could also refer them to your agreement with them using the registered post number as a reference or refer them to their last letter to you. There are many things you could have a go at.

Mark says he only answers correspondence that has turned up at the designated address. Did you designate Mygov as your address? If not then maybe wait for a reply to the address you have supplied to them. Just remember everything/approach is an offer.

A very informative video thank you. The narrator calls the process described in the video as getting in on the ‘game’. In our society in Australia and NZ, everything from prisons to road works to rates to the above disasters is all about how much profit can be made but the only thing they talk about openly is what it costs them, they never talk about the massive profits generated so people who don’t research assume they have enormous costs ONLY and therefore it is reasonable for them to ask us to foot the bill again and again as what they are doing is for ‘the benefit of the people’. They make massive profits for themselves and their buddies in business and they are laughing all the way to the bank. They have no conscience and are really psychopaths and sociopaths and this enables them to lie and wail about what they need and what they spend all of the time (through the mainstream media outlets they control) and never the massive profits generated at the expense of the people, duping the ones who want to believe that these organisations always have the people’s welfare at heart.

Did you have a 3 step notice with affidavit in place before you went to court and did you buy modules to help you with that process? Did you only ask questions when the police stopped you? Did you use a court script in court and only ask questions? What exactly happened in the police stop and in court. Did you record the interactions?

I get where you are coming from. We have all been psyoped with this agenda, I remember when we girls and women first started being told we were equal to boys and men and lots of other things we werer told we were entitled to and were being deprived of. The message was very alluring and the media backed it up. As usual it just happened in small increments and at first men didn’t feel threatened by it at all, but inch by inch they turned the tables on men (the same as they have done with this influx of funded invaders into our white countries). Everyone initially goes along with the agendas because they make people feel unjustly treated or noble and strong and lots of other emotions they stir up and by co-operating, suddenly we are all heroes if we agree with their latest psyop. So I feel the blame falls squarely on the shoulders of the ones in control of the media, movies, newspapers, funding of groups etc. We must not feel guilty about being sucked in and hurting one another (as I am tempted to do at times) but instead focus on revealing the true face of the beast to people so they can hopefully start to recognise a new psyop before it takes hold and then we can turn away from their games and choose our own paths in private.

Thank goodness we are all getting educated now and can see these psyops for what they are, and on this forum we now know how to answer their offers with a conditional acceptance three step notice with affidavit to create an alternative agreement with any pirates or parasites approaching us with these ridiculous offers.

It’s best if you don’t want them to be able to cut any of your signature off. Making them touch ensures that if they try to cut it off you will see that something was supposed to be there evidenced by traces of the next line intermingled with the upper line.

Yes my health is the best it has been in years. Another thing that has helped along with changing to a mainly animal fats and meats and raw organ meat diet was buying an earthing mat for the bed, it deals with any inflammation and once I used to get the two day burn and seizing up of muscles after unusually heavy work, but now that doesn’t happen and I noticed healing of wounds is much much faster since sleeping on the earthing mat. Also if I get an infection in my finger under the quick; where once I would have been kept up all night with the throbbing, now there is practically no pain at all once I am on the earthing mat.

That’s my pleasure. People have varying success depending on many factors. The factors we can control are making sure we know how to competently hold our position and making sure we keep evidence of everything along the way eg any email offers, recording phone calls and using registered post along with a certificate of mailing. Also learning how to hold our position in ocurt just incase we are hauled in there. There are webinars and modules that teach how to do all of the above. I think the path you have decided to embark on is sound.

I was also vegan and I ended up losing my bowel due to the fibre destroying it. I didn’t realise at the time it was the veggies as I was raised vegetarian, my Father teaching us that vegetables were superfoods, I always suffered from many ailments eg dandruff, yellow teeth, many cavities, gum infections, painful periods, constant hunger, weak fingernails, smallest in my class, frequent sunburn, dry skin, split ends in my hair, thin hair never growing very long and dry hair, weakness, fallen arches, suicide ideation, foggy brain etc I also had a belief that meat was only good in very small increments once I left home (where we ate no red meat) and when my income diminished I cut all meat out of my diet and about three years after cutting it all out (as I was already malnourished from eating mainly vegetables) I got ulcerative colitis (which is ulceration of the bowel). I went to organic vegetables to fix it and I only got weaker and weaker until near the end I had to have the life saving operation of having my bowel removed. I still didn’t know what caused it and I just though to myself ‘Oh well shit happens’. Approx 10 years later I was fortunate to come across ex vegan videos and to my shock and surprise these ex vegans suffered ALL of the ailments I had suffered all my life. There was only one story I heard that I had not suffered from and that is one ex vegan recounted how he developed multiple sclerosis whilst on the vegan diet and the drs told him it was incurable. When he changed to the carnivore diet it was completely cured. That is the only ailment I didn’t suffer from. So it finally hit me like a ton of bricks, it was the vegetables!! So I began extensive research on the natural toxins in vegetables and the list was eye opening. At that time I had developed pre-diabetes. So I changed to the carnivore diet and most of my ailments slowly resolved themselves. I never eat green leafy vegetables now however I do supplement the carnivore diet with carbs and honey. I have stronger muscles, thicker hair , whiter teeth, clearer thinking, no more foggy brain, no more split ends, no more dandruff, no more sunburn and no more pre diabetes. Of course it is too late to heal my bowel. I would caution anyone who decides to go vegan, because you can have the appearance of good health for many years and then when all of the nutrients are exhausted in your body (leaching from your muscles and bones) then the weakest part of your body will start to experience ill health and if the diet is not changed the body will slowly collapse. There are 15 nutrients that vegetables don’t have that only meat and fat has so if you insist on doing the vegan diet then proceed with caution. I had to learn the hard way, and I wouldn’t wish that suffering on anyone.
