Hey Brandon. There is a lot of info (especially with affidavits) inside the complaints module 25. Ive not looked at it all as yet.
Inside the affidavits module 49 there is also a lot of info. There is definitely an affidavit related to banking issues in there “Defendant alleged to have outstanding debt”

Its a terrible thing to say but to be honest there’s such a lot of dead wood on this planet that it has come to the conclusion of some that it needs to be removed.
and to top it off … WHAT IDIOT IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD ALLOW SOMEONE TO INJECT THEM WITH SOMETHING THAT’s UNTESTED UNTRIED. You only have to DO A SIMPLE SEARCH on vaccines to find out that they have always normally done something like 10+ years of tests, then with animals before even attempting to do tests & trials on a small group of human test subjects before exposing it to the public.. a PACK MENTALITY THAT CAN’T THINK FOR THEMSELVES.

As for the court part I cant help you there suffice to sat that reading the brief about each video & then listening to the video is the only way to find what your looking for, or in a Q&A & ask Mark about which videos you need.
Im only new , still learning (from the videos), There are others on here with heaps more experience than me that can clarify better.

Hello, I saw on your PDF that it says …”You give them a set time frame to answer each Notice; 14 to 21 days.”
Im curious as to why 14-21 days.
Most of the videos I hear Mark say 72 hours.

Hi, Ive only just started as a member but yesterday I was looking at ASIC and ended up on a link which directed to AFCA (I think it was). Reading the bio it said that they now deal with issues that the banking & superannuation ombudsman (and a few other government institutions) used to deal with. Financial issues was definitely one of the areas that they now deal with & there was a complaints section. I hope this helps, cheers. p.s. Im having an issue with CBA & im trying to learn how to deal with them after they shutdown my account & CC

that’s their diplomatic way of saying we don’t want any part of this issue … YOU WIN ! 🤣Obviously since you had to read this (their latest reply) you add an invoice and keep it in your folder along with other previous/future invoices ready to send if needed.
If you make up an invoice as a template , then you have a master ready to go and you only need to change dates & the perpetrators info.
P.S. I make up a folder for every conflict I need to deal to / or have dealt with.

adding to the great advice given already…
I have many times in the past used the following.
1) they ask … is this you (name)
NEVER EVER ANSWER YES IF THEY ASK YOU YOUR NAME! NEVER.
2) I ASK THEM “WHO ARE THEY”?.
3) I ASK THEM … Whats it in relation to (usually they wont tell you “STATING PRIVACY LAWS”) … when they say that you know you’re in control!
THEY’LL PROBABLY ASK YOU AGAIN IS THIS “YOUR NAME” … NEVER EVER SAY YES.
I always say “Im not telling you anything .. you could be a scammer for all I know”
AT THIS STAGE YOU CAN CHOOSE TO TELL THEM YOULL REPORT THEM FOR HARRASSMENT/INVASION OF PRIVACY IF THEY CONTACT YOU AGAIN … and … JUST HANG UP ON THEM
or you could …Ask them … do they have “SIGNED PROOF/AGREEMENT OF A CONTRACT WITH COMPLETE DETAILS BETWEEN YOU AND THEM … then SEND IT TO YOU”
… they cant produce the evidence … so … NOW YOU’LL KNOW THERE IS NONE.
Just tell them …”NO CONSENT – NO CONTRACT”NEXT STEP (I always use this last part) …
Then tell them you charge for your time and your charges are as follows:-
$300/hr +$150 administration (per hour or part there of … COVERS EVERYTHING, reply to emails, phone calls, travel etc)
interest 10%/month accumulativeconstruct one invoice listing every one of their contact efforts to you to date (reply to emails, phone calls, travel etc)
add a fee schedule (should be some on this site)
email it back to themodds on you’ll probably never hear from then again. If you do just keep invoicing them every time

If you search for their company & phone number (ie Reverse Phone Lookup [https://www.reverseaustralia.com/%5D
you’ll find out if they are scammers etc etc.

Hi , Ive a problem as well. Revesby CBA (Sydney) closed my account & shutdown my credit card (which Ive had for 33 years. Accused me of improper behavior … WHICH IS NOT TRUE .. the reason is the branch manager repeatedly wanted a reason why I was withdrawing my money, Ive been withdrawing about 15-20 times over the last month. & I refused to tell her stating invasion of privacy …( shes committed numerous times INVASION PRIVACY, HARASSMENT, TRESPASS, THREATS & INTIMIDATION etc.
I find out 2 days later from another CBA branch that CBA also cancelled all CBA’s ATM access using my debit card which I didn’t know about. This other branch manager said I couldn’t withdraw from any CBA within Australia. A week later they stopped all usage of my debit card from ALL banks ATM’s due to some fraud indicator …this is DESPITE THE FACT THEY ALREADY KNEW THEY HAD BLOCKED ME FROM ANY ACCESS OF ANY CBA’s ATMs.
I am trying to find out the reason so I sent an FOI (for all information, correspondence, witnesses etc. ) it stated that it would be up to 30 days before this information would be supplied. That was over 6 weeks ago.
DOES THAT PUT THEM IN CONTEMPT AND BREACH FOR NOT SUPPLYING THE INFORMATION WITHIN THEIR STATED TIME FRAME?
Since Im still waiting I now want to now send them the 3 notices tactic.
On top of that they sent me letter stating I AGREED to: allowing them help me manage my debt (I dont have one) & AGREEING TO shutdown my credit card account & cancel C/C’s which is totally fraud and
*Sophistry* … (deliberate invalid argument displaying ingenuity in reasoning in the hope of deceiving someone) and
*Railroading* (To convict (a person) hastily, esp. by the use of false charges or insufficient evidence”).
Theres about 15-20 items I want information on (with charges/damages added to my fee schedule which i want to send).
I have 2 avidavits with my testimony about how the 2 branch managers have treated me (which is pretty bad) both women and they are friends so one branch manager told me. Im relying a lot here on the “Maxim of law” … he who lays the accusations bears the burden of proof” because the Revesby branch manager who’s caused all this has no witnesses.Can anyone show me a simple 3 notice example …I cant find one anywhere. The documents don’t have an example, the notice generators have nothing similar (all about ID’s & Vax’s), I bought Modules 04,16 & 49 & THERE’S NO EXAMPLES in there I can use.
The DEFAULT LIABILITY CLAUSES & NOTICE I’VE SEEN have money amounts scatted through them & is useless to me , from what iVE BEEN ABLE TO GLEEN SO FAR I was going to send a fee schedule since theres a lot of charges I want to make.
