Hi Guys,

We have just started this process as well. We have watched the webinar on Minimising Tax. In the module there are four docs titled ATO NOTICE 1-4 in which someone had been fined over 9K by the ATO for making a ‘reckless’ amendment with the usual BS about the constitution and “it doesn’t matter how you name is written”. This obviously raises a concern, does anyone know if it is included by SE as a warning?..or to as a laugh to show how desperate the ATO are in their responses? Has anyone had the same response by the ATO and been issued with a fine?
