Thanks for the sharing in this discussion Jordan47 , I was almost to the same stage as you with SPER , so I have decided to pull the pull the pin on this process , since reading this chat, it seems like a waste of time with SPER. They are a law unto themselves with no rules of engagement or accountability.I will just have to pay the fine to get my licence reinstated. I will find other areas in this group now , like trusts , maybe.
