Hi Patrick yes had to give my ABN also they take 10% GST, ATO after me now as haven’t lodged in 2 years so I’m trying to follow guidelines here but I’m as scarred as, putting my earnings as productivity of labour and sustenance for all I’ve spent on food etc to keep me alive, but I look at their forms and panic inside as have always had an accountant do my figures, but since non compliance been in survival mode just trying to earn enough to live, so I’m trying to learn as much as I can, but I’m in dishonour at the moment as past the date I should have filed, still working as a sole trader but all this stuff is just so stressful for me, I’ve also filled out forms and submitted as creditor and reconvened submitted my paperwork to all gov departments but they just seem to ignore it all, been working on it a few years now, but they ignore it all, it’s so stressful
