I had a similar issue using Safari as my browser. I switched over to Chrome and it is working well now. So maybe switching browsers in the future.

It can be strange to learn these definitions but it gets easier with more exposure to them in context. Which will naturally happen as you continue on your path and learning these new concepts. Some of the definitions are still unclear for me but I know I can reference back to the list and I know it will be more clear for as I learn more and see/hear these definitions in use/context
