My goodness, that is good. THANK YOU! I have been dabbling in paleo, keto, stripped the excessive weight off using MCT, coconut, Ghee and organic butter. I still think a few greens (K2) are good to help assimilate the meats. So, at the moment, I’m a flexatarian … if this word exists. Love the chooks and Goats are just fantastic too. Yes, given the level of violence everyday folk are being subjected to, it’s getting to the point we have to protect ourselves, our families and communities.
