I appreciate you taking the time to respond, and your offer of assistance. I will PM you as suggested in the near future, if that is still ok.
Your explanation of the SE team being very busy would make sense except for the fact that I regularly receive promotional offers, meaning they aren’t too busy to create and distribute those. The support team I read about is still non-existent to me. Therefore it appears with SE that marketing comes before taking care of customers – a sad commonality in business today. I expected more from an enterprise that claimed to be aimed at helping people.

Thanks for your reply Georgie. I’ve emailed both Mark, Cherie and tried the ‘Contact’ section of the website. Zero response – in fact the Contact section of the website is broken and only results in invalid email errors.
I’m glad you’ve had good results with a support team – my entire experience with Solutions Empowerment has the hallmarks of a scam.
