Sorry for the long overdue update.

Firstly I wanted to let you know Morag, very few people here are worried about this situation and it’s as simple as pouring boiling water down a nest to eliminate them. The chemicals they are broad applying are the main concern. Once broken down by UV, the “approved” and some have heard claims of “organic” chemical separates into as many as 8 constituent parts, some listed as forever chemicals.

They have recently changed their description of these chemicals to “hormone disrupters” so, you know…not actually poison by definition.

In any case, my day came.

I was greeted on my driveway by two DAF officers in full uniform, with clipboards and ID cards and sloppy hats. They had stepped past our front gate and walked the 350m down our winding driveway.

When I asked them if they had seen my “Solutions Empowerment Spec” Notice of Liability they said, yep sure…that doesn’t apply to us. Oh? Yes, we’re Dept of Fisheries Officials so it’s our business to be here.

Show me evidence of the contract you have with the owner of this land that you have business with the owner I said. (let’s see what they do with that)

Oh that’s not necessary because we have a Biosecurity Order to treat for Fire Ants in this area.

    Is that right?

Well, I’ll let you know right now that you are trespassing on private property without any evidence of a contract with the owner and you have agreed by your actions to be invoiced individually for $400 000.

It was enough for them to realise I wasn’t going to listen to their script and as I was on my way to work, I said I’ll be leaving now and you can go first.

Their last words of interest were, we’ll just give the police officers a call and be back.

So they trudged back up the driveway, with my ute giving them no uncertain direction.

At the front gate was the rest of the team. Four minions in their high viz garb with fertilizer spreaders at the ready. https://www.bunnings.com.au/scotts-handy-green-fertiliser-spreader-hand-held-fertiliser-spreader_p3351482

I drove through, but then decided to circle back and wait…just in case the popo decided to take time from their busy day hunting criminals.

There was a lengthy phone call and then they all packed up and got back in their brand new Ford Ranger convoy…I gathered the police said they had more important things to take care of.

    I thought that was it.

The next morning two police and the same two DAFFY dudes appeared on my property having walked the 350m, past the NOL on the front gate…game on.

So I proceeded to qualify with them all that they had no evidence of contract with the owner, therefore were trespassing and could look forward to an invoice for their time. They all smiled, listened to my pitch and then told me what would be happening.

I conditionally agreed to their offer under the condition that everyone showed evidence of a long list of certificates, qualifications, police checks etc if not in their possession could be obtained for a future appointment.

And then out of the corner of my eye I see four high viz goons traipsing through my garden.

    The sprint started…

If anyone wants to know where this saga ended up, let me know. I’ve typed this much and have run out of time for now. Please forgive if it takes me a little while to get back…

Thankyou Morag, yes we would be keen to see your signage…if it’s different from the ones already offered here in the old freebies section.

Will proceed with our first Notice and work our way towards a (default) private agreement.

An aside…Even if the gate isn’t locked so long as there are 3 No Trespass Notice warnings along the driveway they’re well and truly in the wrong if they proceed all the way to the front door, aren’t they?

Thanks for sharing your experience and congratulations.

We are about to send in the “Request for amendment of income tax return for individuals” for my wife’s 2022 PAYE tax return. They’re holding about $10k so it’s a bit different to your situation where you hadn’t paid it yet.

There is a fear element in this, I feel it in my stomach just filling out the forms! The Notary who sealed our Affidavit said something I’ll never forget, “the ATO will break you like a reed”. Nevertheless, he’s intrigued to hear how we go with this.

This establishment fighter died in jail according to all reports…for Tax “evasion”. I don’t think being so vocal is a great idea for a peaceful life

Hi Morag, this is a very thorough Conditional Acceptance, thank you very much for sharing it. There are many points in this document that I hadn’t considered before.

    cheers Paul

  • Oh? And there’s no other precedents.

That’s quite the ancient source to quote to a magistrate.

    Thankyou Morag as always.

    OK thanks Morag.

Has anyone else in this forum taken it all the way to the court hearing?

Would be good to hear some experiences.

Thanks Saul, well, we’ve finally received the templated reply as to be expected.

Words to the effect: “Your Taxation Obligations: You’re not precluded from your taxation obligations by; claiming tax laws are invalid, questioning the legality of the ATO, stating the tax system does not apply to you”

“It wouldn’t be our intention to issue a further response to any future similar correspondence”

    Etc.

So, we move now to 3 Notices and Default Judgement?

Couldn’t agree with you more Morag. I think Irwin became too big for his boots and eventually the establishment wasn’t going to put up with it. If they can get to JFK a mere tax crusader isn’t going to have his own way forever

  • Thanks for reporting on your process and success Brian. I have just purchased Module #2 and first step is to scrape back my wife’s last two years of PAYG. Will send an update on anything interesting.

    If the army takes over…

That’s already happened. The army was stationed at each end of suburban streets during lockdown in Western Sydney.

Is it only me that sees the past 3 years as simply a dress rehearsal?

A one-world governing authority is not accountable to any party/law other than the goals which their funding dictates.

Do students/practitioners of the Solutions Empowerment school of thought get short-listed as the first trouble-makers to round up? Who do we appeal to if that happens?

As we are squirrelling away, tunnel-visioned, at 3-step Notice plans to avoid infringements, income tax, digital ID, over-reach of councils etc., are we missing the freight train coming down the track?

A local Magistrate who throws out our clash with “democratic” institutions will look more like a council worker holding a Stop/Slow sign in comparison to the machinery of the WHO, WEF, UN who genocide millions of coloured people in the name of white supremacists who need reliable drugs and/or biological weapons.

When the army takes over… who’s interested in getting locked up indefinitely for being one of the push-back types?

It leads to a question that I’ve never quite found an adequate answer for,

How long will the serfs/slaves (i.e. us) be allowed to use the legal/common law/trust/foundation/offshore tax haven systems to the same advantage as the elites?

And, in the meantime… is anyone here–the enlightened thinkers/observers of the world(@ SE)– prepared for a time to exit stage left?

Plenty have run to the hills, gone “off-grid” and sunk all their savings into a monster truck that can go anywhere but for how long and how far does that get you…the modern westerner who has never learnt to grow anything, couldn’t tell a bunya nut from a beehive and still needs a diesel refill after 1000 clicks.

I’m not hysterical, I’m watching the implosion of trust in all institutions that until now, have taken care of business for us so we can “tap-n-go”, work from home, facetime our kids across the globe…free!, and generally hypnotise ourselves into thinking we can take care of ourselves without Coles, Shell and the Bank.

If the army takes over…it’s too late but surely there are signs in the interim that can alert us to the inevitable?

Who cares about income tax, digital ID etc when the choice becomes get jabbed or get locked up, get digital ID or don’t go out in public, stop listening to “disinformation” or lose social credit points.

Looking for more thoughts/ideas on this.

    Thanks for your update.

I’ve completed same steps however my notices were sent to ABRS.

No reply, except for the email “reminder” to register which I assume gets sent to anyone and everyone who hasn’t yet plugged into their matrix.

It’s just my affidavit says “true and correct copy”…which it won’t be.

I can get my witness to do that but it will appear different. Won’t that be an issue if I have to present this to a judge one day?

Regarding the Affidavit (step 7, “Instructions”:1Instructions.doc)

I’m feeling very stupid right now because I followed the instructions to the letter but didn’t apply any common sense thereafter.

Nowhere do the instructions say to make copies of the signed Certificate of Mailing forms before posting . It would only need to be made clear for newbies like myself…who are, well…just dumb. But it’s obvious we’d need proof of these, hindsight gives you 20/20 vision as they say.

So I have original Certificate of Mailing forms… with Registered Mail numbers, but without the signatures of witnesses.

Is there any point sending copies these blank Certificate of Mailing forms along with the Affidavit?

The good news is that I have return receipts that the envelopes have been received, but of course, it could still be said that there was nothing in the envelopes.

I’m several weeks late on sending out the Affidavit and have now received an email from ABRS letting me know that I haven’t applied for the ID yet…waiting for my next move.

Would appreciate any advice on the above.

    cheers Paul

Whitelight, do you think this definition of “officer” only applies to foreign companies?

    “foreign company” means:

    (a) a body corporate that is incorporated in an external Territory, or outside Australia and the external Territories, and is not:

    (i) a corporation sole; or

(ii) an exempt public authority; or

Coz that would make absolutely no sense at all!

    Look forward to your thoughts.

A friend of ours contacted ASIC asking for an extension, they gave her till Dec 14th so I gather everyone gets it.

    Hi Webmaster,

A query on the “Certificate of Mailing” for First Notice(Conditional Acceptance):

The Certificate lists all respondents who are located at different addresses.

Am I to delete the ABRS respondents from this template because I will be sending them a separate set of Notices, in a separate Registered Mail envelope, with their own Certificate of Mailing?

In other words, it doesn’t make sense to me that all of them are listed on one Certificate of Mailing form if they reside at different locations. i.e Joseph Longo in Brisbane, ABRS in NSW.

So I believe that we are sending out 2 sets of documents, one to each address.

    Look forward to your clarification.

    Thanks in advance

I would send a reply to acknowledge their letter(never ignore anything) and re-address all Notices to the ABRS(as below) as primary respondent but CC the Chair of ASIC so that they are informed throughout the entire process.

Chris Jordan AO, Commissioner of Taxation and Registrar of the Australian Business Register, was appointed as Registrar of ABRS on 4 April 2021 under the:

    • Business Names Registration Act 2011
    • Commonwealth Registers Act 2020
    • Corporations Act 2001
    • National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

    Await guidance.

Unfortunately I couldn’t make the Q&A again. I’ll definitely be on the next one.

In the meantime, did this $1m question get answered please?
