  • That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void, You will find this in the Imperial Act Application Act 1980 victoria sec 8 subsection 12 . It applies to all states and territories and cannot be changed as they have no jurisdiction over imperial laws

Hi anyone has the right to challenge jurisdiction at any time during proceedings. But it is the way that it is done is important . always ask the questions ,

In which jurisdiction are you ( the magistrate or judge ) adjudicating here today ?

wait for the answer ,he she may waffle about something , them ask the second time on and for the record is this a court of commerce yes or no , if they say no ask is it not the case that you work for a corporation that has an ABN and registered with asic yes or no , are you an employee of that corporation yes or no , then is it not the case that you sit here today in an administrative capacity yes or no . Being that is the case , i do not consent to the jurisdiction of this court and do not have a contract and do not want to do business with your commercial entity . i am now here under duress .

We will only consent to have this matter herd by a Chapter 3 court of competent jurisdiction under the commonwealth . If you intend to proceed ex parte we will seek a judicial review with counter claim for impersonating a judicial officer.etc look up the crimes act comes with jail time
