In New Zealand, if you mention the word sovereign, the system will screw you over, The judiciary has had about all they can take from folks going off half cocked claiming, “your not the boss of me I’m sovereign”
i know a guy who just got out of the time out box for doing just that …
Mind your language . if you want to communicate with the system do it in a way they understand and will get you the result your after.

In NZ, the curriculum for sex education …the Govt committee which made the determination on the need and content of curriculum …. has at least one know podophile in it. – i don’t know who it is – the lawyer who stood at a parliamentary hearing and aired this fact, didn’t tell me who it is. – an official info request for minutes of the meeting’s would reveal all the names of those present.

a little bit of information is dangerous, here’s a hit piece along the same lines from NZ , no one beats this sort of thing up quicker than the media.

I’m working with lawyer, one who is on our side of the equation she said these half baked sovereign citizens aren’t doing any one any favor’s NZ courts are comming down hard on them, courts are now for-armed for any sovereign citizen approach, meaning if we end up in court we must know our stuff and be impeccably professional .
i met a guy briefly, who got hold of the idea that NZ courts havn’t been ratified by the queen, meaning they aren’t legitimate there for having no power over him…having no documented evidence it was going to be his argument/challenge to the judge over his fines… i havn’t seen him since , he’s in jail now. – idiot.
despite< this, there are judges who like to see people stand up for them selves, two cases i’m awear of where the judge went out of his way to help the individual . the protestations. in one case judge gave the prosecutor> such an impossible task, with an impossible time frame, that failure was assured and the case struck off.
its not all bad , providing your not a sovereign citizen. 🙂

Just to repeat Morag’s comment, find a friendly farmer or some one with a life style block, be open make friends, buy direct where you can, your going to build a relationship that lasts , so looking for some one you can be friends with for years.
Here in NZ there are restrictive laws about selling meat off farms and life style blocks, but there are ways around them , there are genuine “allowances” for home kill in the laws, ( that don’t apply to the private) you could even buy the calf and raise it on farmers land – mind that you Don’t befriend the animal. 🙂
if your farmer is far enough out from prying eyes, you’ll find no one cares much about the rules. (i have farmer friends ) you’ll find they have strong opinions about politics too.
lastly, an anecdote to put you off supermarket meat. – the “best by date”, when meat reaches that threshold remains unsold, its taken out back placed in a brine bath, to plump it up (freshen it up) its repackaged with a new best by date. – not every supermarket does it, if product moves quickly its generally fine. however you still don’t know how its been raised.

I have a friend who is MR Negative and belligerent along with it, so i can tell you …
people do get repairs done when they can prove the pot hole the council was reminded about and hasn’t been fix caused their damage, or the roading company didn’t sweep the loose chip away and now your paint and wind screen is damaged. the road melts as was the case In NZ.
you need good evidence and perseverance, pick your battles.
traditionally you claim on your insurance, the insurance company might then claim from the roading company or council, say for instance that section of road was known to be a problem. they would have stats to hold up their position and people who decide whether to litigate or not whose job it is to do that day in day out.

this doesn’t answer you question but, super was one of the questions raised in our house hold,
i’ll share our thoughts …
when i become a contractor and all the earnings go into the trust, i will lose employer contributions to super(kiwi saver)
however , the tax take is higher than the combined super contributions, so were going to treat the tax (not paid) amount as investment money, our super . As far as were awear at this time, there are plenty of schemes out there that will be happy to take our money.
example: tax is $1400 p/w kiwi saver $ 200 p/w
investing $1400 gets you where you want to go quicker than $200.

one more thing, did your document package include an affidavit of status?
my notice to the bank was accompanied with the affidavit of status in which i invited them to rebut all, points, one of which made the claim that i had no contract with the bank.

back in the 60’s and 70’s when i was a kid, I’m bloody well certain all us kids had this attitude…over time we were all “civilized”… remembering a class mate, Ian, at high School, had his new sneakers stolen, saw a girl playing net ball with them , tried to reason with her ,to get them off her, called the teacher, what was impressive is she never backed down off her story ,(these are my sneakers, my mum bought these for me ) her friends came and backed her up, right up until they found Ians name written inside the sneakers… she was wrong in stealing the sneakers, but she believed in her self , with out faltering right up until the point evidence the evidence went against her…

yeah i have, it occurred on the heals of claiming the two page letter from the IRD lawyer’s was here say. which it is, i received a mailing with $2500.00 on it, not idea what it means , it doesn’t say pay by such and such a date, it doesn’t look like a bill, or statement of account . i don’t understand. i sent it back with apologies for opening this , but its unclaimed, no consent to contract etc..
it was dead for 3 months .just today there’s a another letter from tax man which ill treat as, return to sender. no consent etc..
i have an agreement with the head of IRD that we have no contract or jurisdiction over me.
if they continue to pursue and harass me, with that in mind i’m looking into next steps(s)

Morning, The affidavit you mention is that , or is one of them an affidavit of status? you want to establish your status as a private man /woman
Include it with any paper work you send to any of these outfits. you want to remove all there presumptions that you are one of their “persons” and subject to there jurisdiction

I had a bad Tennant once who made all kinds of claims about taking me to court, for this and for that. So i rang the court and asked if there was any thing submitted under/with my name …there wasn’t .
the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant. there no harm in ringing to make an inquiry .
