    Legally they will still blame me as I was reversing. Camera would definitely show her driving over 10km. She doesn’t have my insurance details, they have my name and phone number only. I haven’t lodged a claim as my cars okay. I haven’t even heard from them or their insurance yet. If I do should I just tell them to send all correspondence via email or mail? I’m assuming it will be addressed to the all caps name.

    Thanks. I still haven’t heard from them but if I do I’ll do what you suggested.
